"The location is shockingly good. Almost all of the staff speak English, are friendly and attentive. You can book a room with a view of the pyramids, but even if you book a room without a view of the pyramids, you can always go up to the roof to enjoy the wonderful view. A note for Japanese: "Basically, hotels in Egypt do not provide toothbrushes as amenities. Even the Hilton did not provide toothbrushes, so I guess that is the basic rule. This is a wonderful hotel."

"三大ピラミッド観光では最高のロケーションと最高のSecurityです。もちろんホテル設備も最高クラスですが、特にスタッフの対応も常にKeep Smileで最高でした。 妻がピラミッド観光で足を痛めて歩行に支障があり困っていたところ、レストランのパビリオン139で食事後にSupperviserのMr. Karimさんに車いすを手配頂き彼には大変お世話になりました。このホテルのHospitatlityはSupper Goodで皆様にもこの体験を是非味わって頂きたいと思います。 このホテルの目の前に三大ピラミッドがありホテルから坂道を歩いて10分ほどで行くことができます。私達は特に現地ガイドをつけることなく三大ピラミッド、スフィンクスも観光しました。このホテルを選択した理由もその一つです。 "

"施設の清潔さやスタッフの方の対応は、日本の高級ホテルのそれには劣るが、海外としては十分だも思う。 ただ、1泊3万以上のホテルとしては、たまたま色々重なり個人的には不満があった。 □入力手違いあり、少し遠めのエレベーターで何度やってもカードキーが反応せず、重い荷物と共に再度カウンターに行き交換 □室内冷蔵庫のビールを飲もうとしたが、栓抜きがどこ探しても無し。だが、全てのビールが瓶タイプ □通常だったら良かったのだが、当日日本からの到着が朝4時、寝不足の中やっとチェックイン、その日はもう18時頃寝ようと思ったが、プールサイドで結婚式が行われ、かなりの爆音ミュージックが23時まで掛かり、全く寝れなかった。 ホテル側の気持ちも分かるが、色々な事情で宿泊する人が少しでも快適に過ごすという観点では、音量なり、時間設定が遅過ぎるなどの不満をすごく感じた"
