"Fantastic location. Restaurants , supermarket Very close by and major shopping centre just across the road.We stayed for six nights. Very attentitive friendly helpful staff who really care about their customers. Would very much recommend."

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

"Metro at the doorstep, huge mall and night market opposite, short walk from West Lake. Hotel has everything for a comfortable stay. If I were to nitpick, thw hotel doesn't have proper drop-off point and the gym consist of only a threadmill and spin bike."

"Overall it was a good stay. Staff were friendly. We stayed at a family room and it was spacious, although bathroom is a bit small. It is clean and they clean it every day but I dont think they changed the sheets. Location is really good and breakfast is good for chinese because it is all chinese food. Only non chinese food is bread and cereal 😅. If we visit qingdao again, we will chose this hotel. Value for money! 😁"

"The hotel location is quite close to West Lake (Xihu), near hotel quite a lot of local restaurant, the hotel is quite close to xinhua book store, from Hangzhou East Station quite close with taxi. The hotel staffs are nice but they only speaks mandarin."

"Everything is perfect: the location, staff, and room design. The only problem is the lobby floor is super slippery. And the lighting design for the mirror is terrible. You can not see your make-up at all cause all the shooting lights were from the top. "
