「We had a nice stay at the St Regis Lhasa resort. However, I was disappointed that the St. Regis, a 5 star hotel, did not have a gym, which is an amenity I would expect for a 5 star hotel. Also, the pool was closed during our stay. Please improve the wifi connectivity in the room because it was very slow. I appreciated the St. Regis accommodating a late check out request; the customer service of the staff was excellent. 」
