"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. "It was a great option for a family with young children. Our kids loved the splash park, waterslides, and the various pools. Facilities were great. Location was convenient, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful."
