「This was the best stay, wildly above and beyond my expectations which were already high. The entire staff was incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. Just to name a few, Morgan, Rosetta, Joyce, Rosetta, Poppy as GM, Lucia, Evelyn and Many, Many more including housekeeping and maintenance, were just top notch at what they do. Herman as a ranger was just so much fun, so professional and knowledgeable. You can tell the park cares so much about conservation while the lodge cares so much...

「チェックインの日のタイミングが悪かったのかもしれませんが、チェックインの時刻の１２時に行ったところ、清掃が終わってないということで、部屋に入れませんでした。１３時過ぎに部屋に案内されましたが、まだ清掃中でした。すぐにゆっくりしたかったので、その点は残念でした。 部屋は１２部屋で、一番奥の１２番だったので、早歩きでも、５分かかりました。 部屋自体は、よい感じでした。 宿泊したときのスケジュールとしては、１２時チェックイン。１３時昼食。１５時ハイティー。１５時半ゲームドライブ。１９時夕食。翌朝６時１５分ゲームドライブ。９時朝食。でした。ただ、時間はルーズ。 連泊すれば、昼間はのんびりできると思います。部屋でマッサージをしてもらうのもよいし、水を飲みに来る草食動物を見ながらプールに入るのもよいと思います。 情報として、宿までの直前数十㎞はオフロードです。」

「エクスペディアのサイトで予約しましたが、表示されている金額と支払い金額に大きな差があり二度とこのサイトは使いたくない。合計金額P1000ちょっとのはずが、実際のカード利用額はP1500強。何も記載ないのに不愉快。」

「This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. 」

「Good stay. Everything was as expected and no complaints. Stage 6 load shedding while we were there, but the hotel obviously has back up power as we were not affected. Very convenient location for University of Pretoria as we were dropping our daughter off. 」

「1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. Too busy helping other customers that came after me. 3. Beside these 2 problems, all other services at this hotel were good. Hope these issues can be...

「Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon 」

「ハボロネのホテル選びは難しい。その中でCBDと言う断水、停電がないエリアから選ぶ事が大事になります。また意外にもハボロネは朝晩の渋滞が厳しいのですが、マサからのアクセスは便利だと思います。部屋が画一的ではなく、反面いろんな部屋タイプが楽しめます。スタッフもフレンドリーで 定宿となっています。 」
