マラウイのプールのあるホテル

「エアコン設備が古く、熱い時期には不快であった。また、ホテルのスタッフからやる気が感じられない。ディナーメニューの大半が「作れない」と言った回答であった。チェックイン時にエクスペディアからの予約であり、代金を支払い済みである旨を説明していたのに、チェックアウト時にホテル代金を請求され、確認までに30分を要した。」

「Room and facilities are good. Breakfast was so-so. I was staying in a cottage room which was surrounded by woods. In the hotel premises, I found many baboons... In the next morning, a farmers' market was held which was nice to visit.」

「The facility is along the shore of Lake Malawi - this is the best part of the facility. Along the shore of the lake, there are a series of accommodation, but I think the beach in front of this facility is relatively cleaner than that of eastern part of the village. However, the room was old (hot shower was not available throughout my stay) and its rate is over-priced. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. So generally I am satisfied with the stay.」

「I had a wonderful 2 nights at blue zebra and wished I could have stayed longer. I was slightly concerned on booking about getting there as there wasn't much info on the website, but as soon as I confirmed my booking with ebookers the hotel was in touch to tel me everything I needed - including details on drivers from Lilongwe and how I could book a boat time to suit my arrival (at an extra cost which was very clear and totally worth it for an extra night). 「PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi.」
