The Director of Operations resolved the issue with professionalism and made us experience the warm welcome that I know The Taj Group of Hotels offer their guest. It takes one staff (especially management) to change a guest mind from returning. We were upgraded to the palace and offered the club facilities. "Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"
