"The overall experience of our stay is good. The included breakfast is decent and the staffs are constantly refilling the foods. Easy access to tea, water and coffee in the lobby. Parking is a bit expensive. It's a busy hotel and there are times that we had to call multiple times in order to get services. There is also a performer dressed as a mermaid to interact with the guests at the pool every Thursday; the kids had a blast talking to her."

"This is my first time staying at an independent property, rather than a name brand, so I was a little unsure at first, but they’re pet friendly and close to where we wanted to be for the weekend - something hard to find in season. The property has a nice curb appeal, it’s a little older of a building, but still quaint. The room was an even nicer surprise: well appointed, extremely comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding. The bathroom had wonderfully thick towels, although a little challenging...

"Location is perfect. We had our Shelty with us, and they had us on the first floor, convenient for us to take our dog out. The beach is only a block away, and there is a more private beach in the back on the bay side and a great pup friendly restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff was very friendly, and the rooms are clean. There is a really nice coffee cafe located right beside the hotel, perfect for breakfast. Would totally recommend to anyone!"

"The hotel is located in between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach. You can easily walk to Dewey and the Main Street area on a safe sidewalk. Walking to Regoboth would not be easy- due to lack of sidewalks and distance. Biking yes. The staff was very nice here. Rates the best for the area and DOG friendly. "
