「Terrible experience. Almost no communication from host. Ended up cancelling reservation 15 minutes before check in and ghosting us. Left us scrambling to find an alternate spot with not lead time. Cited reason as ‘guest request’ which was a lie. Do not rent this property. Terrible.」

「Stayed here with family and an infant. Was a lovely subsection on their home that was closed off from the main house where I assume the owners live. In a very nice quiet neighborhood and was fairly close to many things in the foothills of LA county. Would stay here again if we every come back down to visit family again.」

「Super stay at this special “micro mansion”, inspiring and creative. I enjoyed the streamlined functionality “Japanese” nuances throughout the space. Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. 「Property was very clean and more spacious than expected. Fully furnished kitchen. Enough towels and linen for a dozen family members. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet and private neighborhood. Host was very friendly and warned (apologized) us about a couple minor things that were still being repaired but did not in any way affect our stay nor enjoyment. 「I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

「What an absolutely wonderful place! It was so cozy & comfortable, and in such a great neighborhood! Every night when we got home from our day of activity (college visits, DisneyLand, etc.) we took a walk around the block together. The communication with Shannon and Ken was fantastic! They were very responsive, kind and friendly! We come to the area often (one of our sons lives here), so I would most definitely rent this beautiful little retro home again. It was perfect!
