The staff was friendly and helpful when we came early , luggage storage was a huge plus , & thankfully there was availability for early check in too! "Traveling with a 5 year old, we felt safe all the time. The majority of the staff was really friendly and they were quick to come repair the hotel safe that wasn’t locking. The only downside was that it would have been more convenient if they would offer room service and not have to go pick up at the restaurant on the 4th floor. "
