Love this property. Everything is great. Rooms are clean. Preferred status can order room service. Rooms are clean daily. Check in check out process was easy. Pools are clean and someone is there to take order of drinks by pool side which was nice so you dont have to leave the pool. Plenty of area to sit around poolside. They do have night shows which were amazing. Only thing i dont like is food. Food is very plain, felt like i m in hospital. It has no flavor in it. Couldn’t eat after first day.i went out everysingle day to eat. Food needs improvement. Everything else is amazing!!

Very nice resort. Large very clean swimming pool. Workers are always cleaning the pool area and beaches every morning and night. Very polite and helpful staff. Food could be a little better. Room service is very average and often a little cold. Restaurants are okay but some have different hours everyday. Coco cafe has some of the best ice cream! Overall it’s a very nice resort but not very luxurious.

The spa was amazing!! The rooms were nice and big and air conditioned. Our ceiling fan was very loud with a squeaky sound and would wake us up all night but would get hot if we turned it off. They say they have many restaurants and our last 3 nights we had one restaurant to eat at with 30 minute waits each time because they closed all the other ones. The staff were so nice and amazing, especially on the beach. They said they had daily activities but none ran (specifically beach and pool volleyball)!
