As a "luxury" hotel I was excited to stay at the Grove. I had never stayed in a luxury hotel before and so my husband and I decided to give it a try to celebrate our birthdays. However, between the very uncomfortable bed, tiny bathroom, hair in the bath tub we hadn't yet used, and very dry room air, to say I was disappointed is an incredible understatement.

Great hotel, the room was excellent and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat - you can walk to shops, restaurants, and the greenbelt.

The customer service is world class but has small town sensibility. This was my second time here and looking forward to my 3rd. They really know how to make you feel special at The Grove Hotel. ;)

The parking garage was terribly cramped. It was difficult to manuever into spots even with a small car. I think they should just do valet. Too stressful.

Nice hotel, great location, and was attached the venue we were going to which made for a convenient event experience as well. Checkin and checkout were great.

More like a 3 star property and would not recommend for the price. Housekeeping is not included, requires you to ask for it and they are not thorough (body wash was missing the entire stay). Room service was slow and missed part of the order. Valet tool 30 minutes. Toilet was broken. Restaurant on the lobby level was good.

We had to put the liability on a different card. Then the hotel charged the entire room to this card which overdrafted it. Not very happy about receiving overdraft charges because the hotel charged the room to the wrong card.

I have been here for meetings. Excellent staff. This time was a short overnight stay to catch early flight. Again - the staff make the hotel.

Everything was fine. The suite we were in was very nice and on a higher floor. The bar was good and the bartenders were attentive. Very easy walk to good bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in an amazing downtown location! Huge gym! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would say the hot tub could certainly use some updating and wasn't quite hot enough but I'm sure those are things they are working through

This is a beautiful hotel in a great area. It is surrounded by so many things to do within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
