気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
From the very start, entering the premises, the door to the lobby was sticking. There were random guys laying around the lobby area just charging their phones….the booking process was at least quick, but I swear nobody has run a vacuum on the carpets in the building, because they were filthy throughout. The room….horrible! The walls were filthy, had only one picture on it, so it resembled a cell almost….the floor had dirt, food, hair all over it. The bed was the worst bed I e ever slept on….in fact I had to sleep in the chair the last 2 nights of my stay because it made my whole back that sore. The pillows were the thinnest things ever….stains everywhere, and hair clips left on the window curtains. If there was anything in the form of a breakfast or coffee, I didn’t see it nor was I told about anything. The outside of the property is just as bad, with groups of random guys all over the place. Thankfully the ac/heater unit was loud because that was the only way to drown out the late night noise! I had no toilet paper, and had to ask the front desk for some, for which they first offered Kleenex, and then never brought me any. I don’t know if the city of Vegas could sue over using their name in any way of association, but they should. No food other than a dirty vending machine and a soda machine or 2 that took my money without giving me a soda. Honestly this was the absolute worst place I haveever stayed at! You should be ashamed to take someone’s money to stay there!!
