Room was larger than most double queen rooms. Very pet friendly with an large area out back to let the dog do their business, which had waste recepticles. Staff was wonderful. Will stay again.

Great for a one night stay
The room was clean, all new flooring which was nice. Beds were comfy. The bathroom door was so warped it did not close properly and the tub faucet was coming away from the wall. That being said, the overall experience was good. The made to order breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly. It was also nice that Outback is right across the street so we could walk to it.

Great for comfort and included breakfast.
All personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast custom made was fantastic. I was very impressed. I saved $30 just by having a good breakfast provided.

Clean and comfortable
Hotel was very clean and very helpful. We were arriving late moving from WA to TX. We had a dog with us and they made sure our room was ready and welcomed us immediately. Everything was clean and we got some well needed rest.

BEWARE! The listing claims they have an "airport shuttle" but get this, it runs from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. Anyone who has ever flown out of Billings knows that most flights leave between 5:45 AM to 7 AM. And most incoming flights land between 10 PM and 11:50 PM. Having an airport shuttle only runs between 8 to 4 should be front and center in their description of this property because that's a very important thing to know when your flight leaves a 6:15 in the morning

No desk attendant when I arrived after check time. Left lobby after waiting about 5 minutes. Returned about 20 minutes later and checked in. Once in the room, turned on TV and very soon after, another guest with a working room key entered my room. Hotel was obviously no booked solid with the nearly empty parking area, yet I was given a room near the train tracks. Asked for a paper copy of receipt at checkout, and was the told it was emailed to me. Yet to receive email receipt.

Great pet friendly place. Really nice area behind the hotel for the pets to walk, although it would’ve been nice if people would have cleaned up after their pets when they were given plastic bags to do so. Extremely nice cooked to order breakfast. Topped off a great overnight stay. Highly recommended.

Booked and paid (premium price) for two nights at this property, but checked out after the first night as we could not endure another night there. The hotel is a dog friendly property, so our room was on the second floor, as we told this floor was not used for pets, so we thought was OK. We then discovered there is no elevator we had to heave our luggage up two flights of stairs to our room. What we also didn't know was that our room faced a railway line that was used by coal trains, that came every hour on the hour from 11.30pm, sounding their horns and clunking along for 5 - 10mins at a time. As a consequence we had very little sleep, which was annoying as we had driven for more than 6 hours the day before and we were looking forward to a goods night sleep. This constant disturbance was added to by the guests with barking dogs, taking them out to the grassy area between the hotel and railway track throughout the night to let them do their business. The breakfast/dining area was basic, with plastic trestle tables to eat at. When checking out the staff member cheerfully told me they often have quests who request to stay in our room so they can hear the trains coming through at night and that we could have been moved through the night if we were not happy. We would have liked to have been given the option when checking in. Avoid this hotel, as you will be disappointed.
