"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

The air conditioner worked very well and was not too loud every time it kicked on. The rooms and lobby were very clean and orderly. They weren’t fancy or overly ornate but very pleasant. "property was under construction but well disguised and very clean. We were met by staff at the entrance, lead us to check-in and our room. Booked last minute due to an event cancellation, staff was very friendly and accommodating. "
