"We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Glass Treehouse. The pictures really didn't do it justice. The location couldn't have been more perfect as well - just a quick walk to the Barton Springs/Creek, and a short Uber ride into Downtown Austin. The best of both worlds! Lisa was super accommodative and a great communicator - made an early check-in/late check-out happen for our group. Hope to be able to stay there again soon."

"Great stay! The hotel guest community was always out and enjoying the amenities including the happy hour, free snacks, and the pool. My room was clean and nicely decorated, and when my key card was having issues front desk staff was quick to fix it. Great location with lots of food options at walking distance. Will surly be booking in the future! "

"Easy check in and out. Clean. Quiet. I asked for a pillow and i was just told "no". Left out my room shortly after and she was there with pillows and then provided me with one, not knowing i was the person who called and asked for one. "

"the room we were assigned had not been cleaned properly. We had problems with the remote and TV, and some of the lights were not working properly. We have stayed at this location several times and never encountered any of the problems we had on this visit."
