"No room cleaning service, breakfast was given as I big favor. The sink and shower are a disaster. Noise all night. One towel was given for each guest. No space or hook for towels in the bathroom. An employee brought breakfast after being distracted from cleaning a room without washing hands in between. "

"Cheap ($19) and close to the airport! The owner is very friendly and helpful! She cooked up a great breakfast of eggs, rolls, and coffee/tea. The neighborhood is older and rundown. However, the residents are just normal people---women sweeping the sidewalk in the morning, children walking to school, lady selling food at a stand, taxi driver polishing his car, etc. I felt it was a good introduction to the Peruvian culture and am happy we stayed there!"

The made-to-order breakfast (included in your stay) is so delicious. Within walking distance to many attractions & restaurants. "What I didn't like is when we got into the shower the water was cool and we expected hot water other than that the family of Dona Julia was very hospitable and went out of their way to please. We asked for hot chocolate and he went out of his way to fulfill our request. Very nice. "

"The room itself was very cute. The bathrooms don’t live up to the standard of everything else but they are in decent conditions and work well. Otherwise is was very comfortable. I would say the best thing was the host. The nicest host I have ever had! Very personable too. He even invited my taxi driver to airport in for coffee while he waited for us and was insisting. Gracias Michael for making our stay memorable. The only thing I would say is that it’s not too close to many food places or...

"All of the small hotels near the airport are in a low income, rough area, because the airport is. ha. This hotel is low budget yes, but clean, with a shuttle for 20 usd roundtrip. Very nice staff."

We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."
