"Nice hotel in the centre of Florence, very convenient to see the city with almost all places you’d want to see within walking distance. Can be noisy at night due to location, and it is not the easiest to drive to if you have a car. Had some issues with bookings made via the guest services site not seeming to work, and some staff were not immediately helpful in resolving it. Others were excellent though."

"We stayed at the 3 nights at room with a balcony and it was wonderful, the staff was amazing. We stayed an extra night and they moved us to smaller room looking at the hidro pool before we checked out of the big room. The breakfast was superb. They have a large variety of foods. We had dinner there one night and it was ok."

"I enjoyed the hotel. It is along the river and, as such, a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is also accessible to cars without 'inner city' permits, making it easy to visit if you are driving in. The rooftop is beyond gorgeous to sit at for a drink or a meal. The rooms are small but clean and well attended to. I appreciated the eco-aspects of the hotel. Sustainability seems to be a focus of theirs."

"The location for this hotel could not be better. It is located on the edge of the city center and not far from the train and tram station. Our room was clean and quiet. The shower had good water pressure which can be an issue in some hotels around Italy. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The one draw back was that the lobby and hallways smelled bad. There were some heavy rains so that might have attributed to the sewer smell in the common areas but it was very overwhelming...

"This is a very nice and contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious. They are ecofriendly and the staff was always warm and friendly saying good morning and hello every time we went in and out. It's located in a busy area right off the street. It almost looked like the hotel did not match the area it was in. It was easy walk out to shopping streets and for coffee. It was also close to all the places we wanted to visit. While inside the hotel, we never felt unsafe and it was nice and quiet. The...
