I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel. "Nothing super special, but cozy and pleasant. Near the train station, and a nice walk to the castle. Japanese breakfast was good, and the washing machines were a blessing."

The one with the huge lava rocks, natural greenery and small waterfall on the 5th floor was my favorite. On the 11th floor the afternoon and evening it was gently raining and sitting in the Onsen with rain coming down made me feel one with the rain and hot water.
