残飯好きには最高のホテル

フロントの方々は物凄く優しくて丁寧で人当たり良い感じでした２日目の朝、７時３０分に朝食へ行くとちょうどすれ違った宿泊者と入れ違いに同じ所に座るように言われ、出されていた食事（残飯チックな感じ）を食べなさいとブロンドの髪のおばちゃんが言ってきましたわ〜最悪・・・と思いつつ、喋りかけても英語は話せないとのこと。。。ま〜いっか、とりあえずお腹空いてるからハムとかチーズとか食べてたら、違う人の食べかけを食べなさいって持ってきたので、呆れて部屋に戻りました

Clean, comfortable and good location between the town centre and the Furi gondola. Nice breakfast with a good selection of eggs, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and muesli but it would be nicer if there had been some variation through our stay. One issue - our room did not have a thermostat and was overheated so we had to open the windows at night to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a great location near ski lifts and town center, an amazing breakfast, and restaurants conveniently on site. Highly recommend.

I truly lived everything about this hotel. Charlotte and all the staff, couldnt get all names, were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The food in the restaurants were great and also the drinks at the bar. I had an extremely great view of the matterhorn right iut the door. I kindly thank everyone for all great hospitality and each time i visit zermatt, yhis will be my home away from home. I give them 5 stars.

This property was walkable from the train station. Our room had a direct view of the Matterhorn which was wonderful. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. What was disappointing is that when we got to the hotel to check in there was nobody at the desk. My husband and I waited for a half an hour until somebody showed up to check us in. Also, the bed in the room was quite hard, I had trouble sleeping.

Mir wurde auf meine Anfrage mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert wurde. Ich finde das Zimmer extrem altmodisch: vom Mobiliar bis z.T. der mit Stoff verkleideten Bahnen an den Wänden. Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat, ist das Nicht-Einhalten der BAG-Regeln betreffend Covid-19: Das Personal trug sehr oft die Maske nicht korrekt, Abstände wurden nicht eingehalten, fehlendes Desinfektionsmittel und Morgen-Buffet mit Selbstbedienung.

Besitzer sehr freundlich, Abendessen mit 35 CHF völlig überteuert, Bedienung im Restaurant superfreundlich und supernett, aber mit Maske unter dem Kinn! Fitnessbereich ins Wellnessbereich müssten mal renoviert werden. Lage vom Hotel sehr gut.

Tired, old rooms, too hot, no real view. Needs investment. Staff is super nice and breakfast is excellent. The spa is enjoyable but small.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

This hotel was perfect. Excellent location, great amenities, absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and attentive staff (they made you feel like part of the family), wonderful breakfast! Spa included a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna which after a long day of hiking/skiing/wandering was welcomed. The lounge was a great area to meet old and new friends, have a glass of wine by the fire, play board games, whatever. 2 onsite restaurants were nice when one did not feel like hitting the town. Not to mention a defect view of the Matterhorn. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay in Zermatt! Great breakfast!

Great service at checkin, facilities and storage for skiis. Wellness in hotel. Great breakfast in the morning. Friendly, helpful and local staff. Top! 4 stars for sure!

Bom custo x benefício

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, tem 2 restaurantes bons, o atendimento foi sempre eficiente e amável em todas as áreas: recepção, café da manhã, bar, restaurantes. Os quartos são espaçosos e o banheiro assim como o piso do quarto tem aquecimento no piso, gerando um conforto grande em se considerando estar numa estação de esqui. O único problema é que o quarto ficava muito quente e não tem um controle de temperatura individual. O colchão também foi problema já que era muito mole e me provocou dores na lombar.

Great spot with easy access to lifts/town!

The service and hotel were awesome, it was quaint and charming, breakfast and the restaurants (plus hotel bar) were so good that you wouldn't have to leave the hotel doors for your whole holiday. Easy 200 yard/meter walk into the middle of downtown and short/easy walk to the lift even in ski boots. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt war so lala. Das Hotel hat einige Mängel. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Führung des Hotel ist nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich. Obwohl mann sich mehrfach gesehen hat keine Begrüssung oder ein paar nette Floskeln. Schweigen ist auch eine Art der Kommunikation. Die Einrichtung insbesondere der Bar ist nicht gerade stilvoll und veraltet. Die Wellnessanlage ist lieblos und unkontrolliert (Ballspiele im Pool ohne Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste). Im grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt mittelmässig. In den Zimmern fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) die sonst Weltweit bei einem 4* Haus heute zum Standart gehöhrt.
