I booked two rooms, arrived and they say there is only one available. I had elderly person and small child with me and one of my rooms were given away. The one available had one bed only. It is absolutely unprofessional. We could not find any room in surrounding area and had to drive 4 hrs back home because we had no choice. Please do not stay there.

Expedia should not have this place listed as an option for it members. This place has gone so downhill in last one year which is unimaginable. stay away please!

Unclean, stinky and moldy, we got sick staying here. We should have just left my bad that I didn't. Just a terrible please, I will never book this place again and please do yourself a favor by staying away.

The room had a very horrible smell. The duvets were old, floors not cleaned and the washroom had human hairs all over. Ended up not taking the room, we got refunded the money and left immediate.

First off my room was 2 hours late for check in... No towels or wash clothes. No TV! Kept being promised one.. Wrong room!

There was blood and nail polish stains all of the sheets as well as the towels. There’s a homeless population as well as all their litter near the buildings. Not a safe location. It’s worth to pay the extra 20-40$ for a nice hotel! If you wanna cheap out and come here bring your own bedding and towels! The heating doesn’t work so be careful with how you pack.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Blood stain on mattress recently washed but not totally dry, causing sheets to be wet. No pillow cases and dirty stained pillows. Dirty towels, dirty floors (don’t look under beds!), just dirty. Noisy music till 1am from monthly rentals. Save yourself a $100 and sleep in your car!

Satisfactory
Satisfactory. We arrived very late and they still received us. It was clean but they had so many cigarettes in the cabinet. The heat and AC were great. For the price and a room with two beds that contained our family of 4, I would say it was worth it.

I've been coming to this motel for years and it's always been clean. Four months ago ownership changed and the standards have fallen terribly. It was dirty with visible dirt in the bathroom (tub and toilet), on the walls and the smoke detectors was not on the wall but laying on the counter. And my non-smoking room was clearly smoked in. I will not be returning.

We arrived at the motel, the owner Mian said he did not have our booking from Expedia and did not have a room for us. Not only did I have a confirmed booking through EpediaI but I had called the motel the day before and confirmed my booking with a staff member. Mian was disinterested with my complaint, we were left high and dry without a place to stay. .

Was told that my booking on Expedia was not "confirmed" and that the hotel was sold out for the night and they don't have any room for my and my family. I am completely lost for words. This is unbelievable. It's a long weekend and every other place in town has no rooms available for the night. I don't even know where I'm supposed to stay as I just drove 4 hours to get here. I would appreciate a response to my review please and thank you.

When we came there, it seems like the washroom wasn’t cleaned, the toilet tissue were already half used, and no kitchen or microwave. The bathroom stinks!

Il faisait tellement chaud dans la chambre que c’était impossible de dormir. Le climatiseur faisait tellement de bruit que j’avais l’impression d’être coucher sous un camion en marche. Ça produisait plus de chaleur que de fraicheur. Impossible de dormir l’aire était suffoquant et puait la cigarette. J’ai quitté à 00h30-45

I payed for 2 days and nights only stayed 1 nightgot up to have a shower no hot water it was terrible i left and came home i did not like it at all so the got full payment for a 2 night stay i only stayed 1 night never again im very disappointed

Situated across the street from oil storage tanks and very close to an abandoned cement yard where homeless people hang out. Also the boarded up windows were not a positive Luckily we were able to find a room somewhere else. This property is nothing like it’s advertised.
