古いホテルですが、部屋が広い。扇風機とアイロンがあって、どちらも助かりました。深夜便で着いたので、お水があるとよかったです。湯沸かしポットでお水を作りました。

ロケーションは便利ですが、設備は古く、コスパ悪し。
市中心にあり便利なロケーションですが、設備はかなり古いです。シャワーの水圧は弱く、洗面台は混合栓でないため、冷水と熱水が別々の蛇口から出てきます。冷房はなく、暖房は壁についている温水パイプ型の暖房のみです。2日程度の利用なら我慢できますが、それより長いと不便ですね。朝食付きプランでしたが、コーヒー代を別途徴収されました。びっくりです。

快適！
チェックインタイムより1時間ほど早く着きましたが、リクエストしなくてもチェックインすることがでにました。娘と二人で宿泊しましたが、部屋はダブルベッドとシングルベッド２つあっても、広々使えました。冷蔵庫もあり、朝食用の食料品をストックすることもできました。立地も良く、テパパや繁華街に徒歩で行けました。観光して疲れたら部屋で休むこともでき、拠点にできるホテルでした。

ウェリントンに到着した日に利用しました。 初めてこの街を訪問したので、とにかく分かりやすい場所で探しました。 いつも安い宿を利用していたためか、部屋は充分広く感じて快適でした。 建物自体は少し古いですが、スタッフも良くて安心して利用できました。

好立地、感じの良いスタッフ、だが古い建物感が否めない「まぁまぁ」ホテル
建物自体が古いので、全体的には「まぁまぁ」な印象です。 詳しく述べますと、トイレのタンク給水が正常に行われない時がありました。レセプションに状況を伝えるとすぐに対応してくれましたが、同じ症状が再発。電気ケトルを使って給水して過ごしました。 また、初日に窓がきちんと閉まらず、夜間の外からの騒音が気になりました。これはすぐに解消してくれました。 その他の問題点は、シャワー部分を遮るものがカーテンで、水が跳ね返ったり溢れ出たりして、床が濡れてしまうことです。 細かいことを気にするお客様には、難が多いと感じるかもしれませんが、立地が良く、スタッフの態度も良い、また、手頃な値段…ということで、総合的には、「まぁまぁ」という評価になりました。

Was great, Staff very helpful, room service cleaners could do with better english and replacing all wet towels etc on the floor, instead we did have to go and ask staff when we returned for our shower before the Concert we had tickets for (happened twice out of three nights stay, even when asked!) however the hotel Staff were great, couldn't fault them ;) Close to walk to the Micheal Fowler Centre and Waterfront etc. . . As for the parking, 1st night had to be in the Wilson car park out the back, across the road (until they had room for us in their small parking lot for the following 2 nights) the Wilson Car parking garage had a LOT to be desired! Stunk of urine and very dodgy unsafe looking place with vagrants hanging around, so felt VERY unsafe leaving our Vehicle there, So glad we did not take our new Mustang!

Appreciated being moved to a room closer to the lifts. My disability makes it difficult to walk too far. Customer service from Reception to the Restaurant (Ariana) was exceptional. NOTE: On arrival my demographics didn’t align with my name on the registration.

Friendly check in but that's where the positves stop. The room was dated, dirty (black hairs on the floor), dusty, noisy, had no air con and was ridiculously overpriced ($350). Won't be back.

I could not find the hotel parking garage, so I called and got excellent directions. Went to the lot and found the hotel van blocking the entrance. Had to go inside and raise “heck” to get van moved. Called desk to see, if hotel had a business center and was told to come to registration and we could do our work (print and scan). At the desk they checked with their manager and he said, “No!” The person on the desk told a place where we could do our work. That turned out to be untrue! Rooms have no AC. The summer day was hot and sticky. Had a small fan to try to get air from outside. Room and especially the bathroom were small. No room at all for toilet articles. Breakfast was “so so”, so we did not try restaurant.

Disappointed with this accomodation. For the price I paid I expected more. Room was very dated, no air con, terrible old spring mattress that sagged in the middle, old bathroom/shower, buffet breakfast was average at best - no bread was served and the hot food was luke warm. Wouldn’t recommend this if you’re expecting modern facilities.

The staff service was excellent. Unfortunately the evening meal was not. I ordered the "Pork Belly" for mains and "Tiramisu" for desert. The "Pork Belly" was extremely tough, my knife could not cut it, I used the fork to tear it apart; I returned what I could not eat. The "Tiramisu" was a very bitter taste, like burned coffee grounds - and I frequently order this for desert but never before experienced this bitter taste. I told the waitress my opinion of the "Pork Belly" but not the embarrassing Tiramisu. Brian Green

Facelift needed immediately!
Short business stay - so just sleeping in hotel - the rooms are tired old and cheap - hotel needs to sharpen up - to start buy new bed linen pillows and towels ! All exisiting are 50years old!

The rooms were good size BUT the rooms were freezing with limited heat in the bedroom and bathroom. You can tell they updated it but not enough to warrant the price. TV was the size of a large computer monitor and staff wasn't very friendly.
