朝早い便での到着だったため、ノーショーにすることなく、かつ1時間のレイトチェックアウトを受け入れてくれました。スタッフも親切で、柔軟に対応してくれます。

空港近くですが歩いて行くには距離があるので、シャトルが交通手段となります。電話で呼ぶと数分で迎えに来てくれたのがありがたかったです。素泊まりで早朝出発だったので施設を見る時間はあまり無かったのですが、部屋は広くて快適でした。

トランジット時の寝るようホテルですが、綺麗なホテルです。無料送迎が夜は電話必要なので注意。と言っても利用者の多いホテルなので誰かしらEU圏の人が連絡してくれますが。

快適です。

トランジットに１日滞在させて頂き、大きな問題はありませんでした。敢えて申しますと、シャトルバスが６名程度しか乗れず、チェックアウト日の空港出発時に大人数が待っていたため、バスを１本（１５分）逃しました。もう少し大きめのバスがベターです。

部屋の設備もよく、空港からのアクセスも良く、価格もリーズナブルでした。ただ、夜に着いたら空港からの送迎バスのバス停がよく分からず、また、バス停から電話をしないと迎えに来てもらえないため、Wi-Fiのみにしていた私は、結局タクシーを呼びました。タクシーでも料金が安いので問題ないです。

Left exhausted! People on the floor were so loud, in the hall and rooms, security called at 1am but noise didn't let up til almost 3am. The doors slam so loud and hard you feel it every time someone leaves their room. Renovations beganbat 9am with drilling. I was SO tired. Also, at dinner, ordered a steak that was overcooked. Ordered very rare, ot came well done. Inedible. The server apologized, took the steak but never replaced it and charged me full for an uneaten meal. The front desk clerk, Grzegosz, was very kind and apologized for everything and didn't charge for the parking. Overall, it was simply exhausting :(

Exceptional hotel. Check-in was a breeze and the room extraordinarily clean and nicely designed. The bathroom was sleek, with a large walk-in shower - a treat for a weary traveler. The mattress and bedding were SOOO comfortable: I slept very well. Noise was not an issue despite the close vicinity to the airport and a major road. Good insulation on those windows! Room "extras" included a kettle for making tea and coffee. There is a restaurant on site, which served up great fare, and a separate bar if you are just looking for a drink. Only 'room' for improvement: increase the shuttle schedule to run every 20 minutes, not every 30 minutes. Otherwise, this was my top hotel experience this year so far.

The hotel is fairly convenient to the airport although you need a working phone to call for the airport shuttle. The welcome drink as a VIP benefit was very nice. The rooms were good but I could hear snoring from the room next door through the wall. Overall I recommend this as a good place to stay if you are in transit.

Clean and quiet hotel, friendly staff speaking many languages. Very impressive variaty of dishes at breakfast. The only minor issue was that we culd not ajast aircon in the room to cooler temperature.
