「A huge turnaround from a couple years ago where the room was dirty and the place was sketchy and definitely not recommended of a place to go to but the new ownership group is completely turning around and I was quite impressed. It was Balloon Stampede weekend and they handled it very well they were packed and they were very busy and the new ownership group did an amazing job making accommodations for anybody and everybody. 「The condo is very modern and an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. It is very clean and well kept; there is a courtyard, with a hot tub that is shared with other condos in the building. Since it is in the center of the building, you are aware when others are using the hot tub and/or courtyard and can hear them, but it isn't loud enough to be disturbing. 「First and foremost the location couldn't be beat. Parking is provided in the driveway and Main street is no more than a 10 minute (safe) walk. The room was described perfectly. There was some noise from above of a dog, but we're dog people so didn't mind at all. My only suggestion to the owners would be to add blinds, in addition to the curtains, in all spaces (especially the bathroom and bedroom). Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone!」
