「We had an excellent time! The hotel staff were very kind. We had a few instances when requesting rides back to the hotel from the beach/dinner (an offered service) and the driver did not come (on 3 occasions we were told it would be 10-15 min and waited for 30-40 min before walking), but other than that we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The pool was closed and has been for some time as they are rebuilding it. This was not advertised when booking nor was it communicated to us afterwards. Bike hire and meals also need to be arranged the day before , again this wasn't communicated to us when booking or when speaking to the reception on the phone prior to arriving. It's a lovely village but I think it's not ok to advertise facilities that aren't available as this was a big reason why we chose it. I would definitely go again though...

「Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und schön in Burgau gelegen. Zentrumsnah, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zu den Restaurants und trotzdem ruhig. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr unkompliziert und und herzlich. Man bekommt auf seine Fragen umgehend eine kompetente und nette Antwort. Also alles bestens :-)」

「Das Haus liegt wunderbar zwischen zwei fußläufig erreichbaren Stränden (ca. 30 min. laufen). Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und eignet sich gut für mehrere Personen, da zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn zumindest eines der vielen Messer auch scharf gewesen wäre. Die beiden Sofas fand ich ein bisschen schmuddelig und für meinen Geschmack gab es viel zu viele Kissen ;) und Deckchen.」

「Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. 「Place is just as described. Very small but great location with view of the beautiful beach from our balcony and close to restaurants!! Great area for hiking. We had some trouble finding it and had to ask local resident. In your check in notes you could mention it’s above the ice cream shop and there’s a narrow access on the left across from Breeze cafe !」

We booked a partial sea view room, however when we walk in, the sea was only visible if we went to the edge of our balcony and the view was blocked by a tree.
