中心部からも遠くないのに静かで、駅からも近い。駅にエレベーターがないが、ホテルに近い側の出口はスロープなので大丈夫かと。文句のつけようがないので次にウィーン来る時もぜひ利用したい。

スタッフが無礼で、低レベルのホテル
2020年の年始に3泊しました。スタッフの対応が大変悪かったため、今後は利用しません。 フロント女性の態度が悪い: 受付でケトルを借りたところ、フロントの女性スタッフホコリで薄汚れたケトルを持ってきて、20ユーロのデポジットを支払うよう言われました。 クレジットカードを出すと「現金だけです」と言い放ちました。私が20ユーロの現金を渡すと彼女は控えを作成し、無愛想に私に突き出しました。 ケトルは薄汚れていたので、外側も内側も自分できれいにした上、使用しました。ケトルは電気系統の接触が悪かったようで、わずかに傾いただけでもお湯が沸かないような代物でした。 チェックアウト時にケトルを受付に返却し、デポジットの現金を返却するよう要求すると、フロントの女性は無言でケトルを受け取り、デポジットとして支払った20ユーロを、カウンターの上に叩きつけて置きました。 その後も受付女性は全く一言も発言せず、チェックアウトが完了したかどうか不明だったため、「チェックアウトは終わりましたか」と尋ねると、無言で無愛想にうなずいたのみでした。 ここまで無礼な対応は、近年宿泊した国内外のホテルでも経験したことがありません。社会主義国に来たかと思いました。 スタッフのレベルが低い: 室内が寒かったため、ホテル室内からフロントに電話して、予備の布団を持って来てもらうよう依頼しましたが、20分経過しても持って来ないので再度電話したところ、「5分から10分でお持ちします」と言われました。その後15分経っても、布団は届きませんでした。 3回目にフロントに電話をし、数十分前から何度も布団をリクエストしているが、まだ届いていない旨を伝えたところ、やっと布団が届きました。 布団1枚を持って来てもらうのに、3回の電話と約40分を要しました。 部屋掃除が不完全: 2日目に部屋に戻ると、洗面所のゴミ箱の中身がそのままになっていました。また、トイレの脇に髪の毛が落ちており、洗面所がきちんと掃除されていないという印象を受けました。 上階の部屋の椅子を引きずる音がうるさい: 部屋の通路がじゅうたんではなく、フローリングのような素材になっているため、上階で椅子を引きずる音が、ギーギーというような、比較的大きな音で響きます。 外の車の音などは聞こえませんでした。 以上が宿泊した際に感じた点です。 このホテルは部屋数が多いので、団体旅行で頻繁に使われているようです。 ホテル側で、団体と個人の対応を変えていることも考えられます。 少なくとも、個人旅行の方にはおすすめできません。

2019年10月現在U駅工事中
Pirgramgasse駅が現在（2019年10月）拡張工事中なのでOperまでバス移動になるけど，バス亭とU駅はほぼ同じ距離。バスが数分間隔で来るので，不便さはあまり感じない。ホテルそのものは，清潔で使い勝手通い。湯沸かしがないのが残念か。

We would like to point out that on all websites pertaining to the Austria Trend Hotel Ananas, the information can be found that in the period from February 2019 to January 2020 the underground station U4-Pilgramgasse is closed. We recommend to use the nearest stations U4-Kettenbrückengasse (650 meters / 10 minutes walk) or U4 Margaretengürtel (bus 12A direction Eichenstraße) to reach the Hotel Ananas. In addition, there are numerous bus lines (12A, 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A) in the immediate vicinity. The bus 13A offers a fast connection to the U3 station Neubaugasse, as well as a direct connection to the main Hauptbahnhof. We will continue our efforts to ensure our guests the best possible stay and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel soon. ドライヤーが古いのか、表面がベタベタで、非常に不快だった。指摘したが、その日には取り換えてもらえず、1日放置された。また、セーフティボックスの扉が閉まったままで使えなかった。こちらは指摘したが、滞在中、改善されることはなかった。 このような対応であっあため、初日以外、チップを置かずに外出したことが影響したのか、夜、ホテルに戻ると、部屋のドアの前に、ピスタチオの殻がぶちまけらていて、非常に不快だった。 レセプションまわりや部屋のしつらえなどは、それなりに小綺麗で、ロケーションもよかっただけに、備品のメンテナンスやスタッフの対応で泊まりたくないホテルになってしまったのは残念。

・宿泊中部屋の鍵の工事が行われたが事前のアナウンスがなかった。何も知らないまま運悪く入浴中に行われたため、当時自室から聞こえてくる誰かの物音に恐怖を感じた。 ・現地空港でロストバゲージに遭い、その後見つかった荷物がホテルに配達される事になっていたが、荷物がホテルに到着した際連絡がなく非常に困った。

立地は良い
バスタブは無く、シャワールームがとても狭い（体格の良い人だと壁にぶつかる）。 排水溝は髪の毛がなくてもすぐに詰まって水がどんどん溜まった。トイレの換気扇は 壊れていて機能しなかった。それ以外は快適に過ごすことができた。ベッドはかなり柔らかめ。 枕は低めで良かった。小さな冷蔵庫があるのも嬉しい。冷蔵庫内の水は有料。アメニティは最小限でシャワールームに壁据付のボディソープ兼シャンプーがあるのと、洗面台に壁据付のハンドソープのみ。それ以外は何もなかった。　立地は良い。ホームのエレベーターがある方の改札から出れば駅の目の前にあり、反対側の改札から出てすぐ近くにはチェーンのパン屋Ankerと隣にもスーパーがある。近くに２１時まで営業しているトルコ人経営の小さなスーパーもある。団体バス旅行に使われているホテルだった。

非常にリーズナブル
中心街から地下鉄2駅でこの安さ、また駅徒歩1分の便利さは非常によい。近くにスーパーなどもあり、便利。ホテルのサービスは普通。しかし清潔でコンディションはよい。しいて欠点をあげると、今回で今年二回目の滞在だが（気に入ったので2回目の宿泊）、朝食メニューが全く同じなので、やや飽きる。

地下鉄U4の駅から徒歩で1分もかからず、ホテルの部屋を出てから10分もあれば、Karlsplatz 駅まで出られます。値段もリーズナブルで、部屋も清潔なことから、何回か利用しています。敢えて言えば、割と大規模なホテルの割には、朝食バイキングの料理の種類が少ないぐらいです。

地下鉄駅に近く便利
地下鉄U4のピルグラムガッセ駅からすぐの場所にあって便利です。ただし、観光地へは必ず地下鉄に乗らなければなりません。ホテルの部屋は清潔できれいです。アメニティは石鹸やシャンプー以外のものはありません。朝食は11ユーロですが、毎回同じメニューなので、ちょっと、あきます。品数もそれほど多くありませんん。ホテルの人はみなさん、親切でした。

観光のため１１月２日から５日間　夫婦で滞在しました 地下鉄駅降りると　30秒とかからない交通至便なホテルです やや寂れた下町風のところでしたが　ちかくには安いスーパー２軒　カフェ　レストランも 多数あり便利でした 朝食は5日間同じメニューでしたが生野菜　フルーツ　数種類の　ハム　チーズ　ウインナ シリアルなどで　１０，９ユーロ　でしたので　満足です ホテルレストランのディナも　とてもおいしく満足でした ただひとつ　とても残念なことは　部屋の掃除にかんしてです ３にちめ夜部屋に戻ると　掃除してなかったので　フロントに電話すると　係りのものはいまいないとタオル グラス類をもってきました 「２日目　もベッド　メーキングはしていたが　シーツ交換してなかったので　　数日滞在する場合　何日に１回 取り替えるか」と聞いたところ 「３~４日に１回　　取り替える　　変えてほしかったら　　シーツも　カバーもはずして　床の上に放り出しておくように」　　ここから掃除してというタグをドアノブにかけておくようにとと再三いわれた 「掃除かかりのひとに　明日は忘れないよう伝えてほしい｣というと ｢掃除スタッフは英語をはなさないので　　伝えることは出来ない」 謝罪の言葉は全然無かった 日本人は　　丁寧で誤りすぎなんでしょうか？ 翌日　なんで旅行に来てまで　　家事みたいなこと　　やらなくちゃいけないの？と思いながら 言われたとおり　　シーツなどはがして　　床において　　出かけました はたして帰ってみると　　ベッドメーキング　OK　タオルOK でも　風呂洗ってない　　グラス変えてない フロントには電話しませんでした　　また喧嘩するのは　気分悪いし 難民と思しき　　掃除係りのひとが　　失職するのは気の毒だと思ったからです やはり　甘い日本人ですね こんどはもっとお金を払って　　いいホテルに泊まります

リング内へは数駅で行け、観光めぐりにとても便利でした。最寄り駅の出入り口は２か所ありますが、Hutteldorf駅方面の出入り口を使用するとホテルが目の前にあるため、夜遅くの帰宅でも不安なく帰ることができました。ホテルはシングルを利用しましたが、キングサイズのベッドで室内はとても広く快適に使用することができました。シャワーの湯量も良好でした。またウィーンに行く際には、また利用します。

オペラ座等中心部まで地下鉄2駅で、駅のすぐ前で便利でした。朝食もそこそこあり、つけないでも近くにベーカリーとコーヒーのANKER、マックがあります。

地下鉄の駅に近くウィーン中心部に10分程度でアクセス出来るにもかかわらず、コスト面ではとてもお得なホ
ホテルの出口から最寄り駅のPilgramgasseホームまで1分程度、そこからオペラ座のあるKarsplatzまで3分程度と、アクセスの大変良いホテルです。 時差ぼけや、体調に不安があるとき、歩き疲れたときなど、すぐホテルに戻って休むことが出来、安心です。 難点はバイキングの朝食が単調なことで、500室もある割には種類が少なく、2016年4月、2017年5月と2回つかいましたが、殆どメニューが変わっていませんでした。勿論滞在中も毎日同じです。

wifiを除いて快適なホテル
私の部屋ではwifiが繋がったり繋がらなかったりでしたが、調べ物できる程度にはネットを使えてました。アメニティは最低限(ボディーソープ兼シャンプーあり、タオルあり、歯ブラシなし)あります。駅がすぐ近く、アクセスも悪くありません。朝10時頃になると部屋掃除の方が来ます。学生旅行をしていた私にとって快適なホテルでした。

地下鉄駅目の前の好立地
ツインルームを利用しました。改装したばかりなのかお部屋はきれいで、広さも充分でした。 事前にメールでバスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストし、きちんと要望に応えていただけました。他にも何度かメールでやりとりをしましたが、レスポンスが早くてよかったです。 部屋には湯沸し器がないのですが、フロントでデポジット(20ユーロ)を払い借りることができます。 レストランは夕食で一度利用しました。オーストリア料理をいただきましたが、結構おいしかったです。観光客向けのがっかりなレストランもよくありますが、それとは違って、量も多すぎず、値段も適切でした。 各国からの団体客がよく利用するホテルなので騒々しいかな、と少し心配だったのですが、特に気になることもなく、レストランでは個人客と部屋も分かれていたので落ち着いて食事できました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

駅から近い、こぎれいなホテルでした。 小さい部屋でシャワーだけでしたが、部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。

駅前で最高に便利で、しかもリーズナブル。
今回で2度目の利用です。 とにかくピルグラムガッセ駅（U4　地下鉄）から徒歩1分でホテルに着くので、雨が降ってもほとんど濡れる事も無く到着します。 日本人の利用が多いホテルですが、日本語を話すスタッフはいない様です。 設備・施設は高級ではありませんが、合理的で満足できるレベルです。エアコンも完備して居て、今回は３４℃の日が３日も続いたので、あり難かったです。 また、朝食も１２€くらいと他のホテルよりもかなり安く利用できて、内容も充実して居ます。 次回も利用すると思います。

ウィーン観光には大変便利です。地下鉄から徒歩1分もかかりません。国立歌劇場もシェーンブルン宮殿も同じ路線に乗り継ぎなく行けることは素晴らしいことだと思います。

立地に恵まれているホテルです。
地下鉄の駅のすぐ近くにあり、非常に便利でした。またホテル近くにはスーパーやカフェもあります。あと、レストランともあります。フロントで、「近くに地元の料理のレストランはありませんか？」と尋ねたら、すぐに近くのとてもおいしくてリーズナブルなお店を紹介してくれました。このお店はビールが“ウリ”のようで、お客さんのほとんどが注文していました。本当においしいです。

アクセス便利な快適ホテル
地下鉄の駅で西側の出口を出たら、目の前にあるホテルで、非常に便利でした。 また、その駅も観光の要所となる駅に2駅程度でいけるところでした。 日本からの観光ツアーでよく使われると聞いていたのですが、その理由がよくわかりました。 ツアー客が多いので、朝のエレベーターが混むのが難点。 朝食は別払いで1食9.90ユーロでした。 おいしかったです。ツアーで行くと朝食が ついてるらしいですが、それとは別にツアーで ない人のみレストラン（部屋のカギで入る） で朝食でした。 部屋はシャワーの出もよく、ふかふかのベッドで快適でした。となりの部屋からイビキが聞こえてましたので、防音はやや難あり。

便利が良いロケーション、清潔で合理的
地下鉄ピルグラムガッセの駅のすぐ近くにあり、大変便利。ウィーンの中心部へもすぐに行ける。使い勝手がよく、快適に過ごせるホテル。CATのラントシュトラーセ駅からの移動も地下鉄で非常に便利で、空港に戻る際もCATのラントシュトラーセ駅でシティーチェックインができるので、スムーズに楽に移動できる。

駅に近いホテル
空港からＣＡＴとＵで乗り継ぎ、駅から近いので、とても便利です。エレベーターがあるので、スーツケースをかかえることなくスムーズにたどりつけます。 今回は飛行機の都合で午前中にホテルに着いてしまいました。ダメもとでチェックインをお願いしたら、部屋に入れました。無駄な時間なく行動ができました。 今回はレセプションと同じ棟の部屋だったから近くて便利でよかった。ここは継ぎ足しビルのホテルなので、遠い棟だと面倒かと。 あと、バスタブのチェックをしなかったのだが、バスタブがなくて、ちょっと残念だった。
