価格の価値ある良質なホテル
二泊をジュニアスイートで利用。中心部からちょっと離れてますが、オペラ座から路面電車を利用するとちょっとした市内観光ができて良いです。地下鉄も便利で、フォルクスオーパーでオペラを観た後、深夜の帰りも便利でした。 設備は最新式でお風呂もスイッチだけ。室内のドリンクは飲み放題。朝食も高レベル。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。高級ながら泊まる人を選ばない、お客目線の良いホテルでした。

最新式の近代的ホテル
　外見はクラッシクなホテルですが、内装はは最新式のホテルです。内装にクラッシクさを求める人には不向きです。シャワーがタッチパネル式なので、不慣れな人にはかえって不便です。設備は文句なく超一流の名にふさわしいホテルです。

このホテルに連日32度を超えた真夏、11泊させていただいた。空調がありがたい。 ホテルスタッフのサービスは老舗ホテルだけのことはある。日本語さえ明瞭に話せない私の下手な英語をきちんと聞き取ってくれたことには感謝したい。 契約ではダブルベッドとなっていたが、事前のメイルでツインに代えて欲しいと言ったら、きちんとツインベッドが用意されていた。 チップが前提で給与が抑えられているUSのホテル従業員とは異なって、誇り高い人々へのチップは難しい。それでも、部屋の掃除をしてくれる人にわずかなチップを渡すと、格段にベッドメイキングがよくなる。目下の従者を使いこなし、仕事を与える主人の鷹揚さが必要だが、ポーターさえ呼んだことのない私には、これは難題であった。 追加料金で豪華な部屋に格上げできるとメイルに書かれていたので、狭いのではないかと心配していたが、住居にするわけでもなし、2週間滞在のためには十分な広さがあった。箪笥の引き出しは十分な量があった。仕事のためPCを2台持って行ったが、Wi-Fiが自由に使えた。ただし、セキュリティに関しての規格が分からず、少し怖かった。 設備は少し古い。空調の音か電気系統の音か分からないが、少し気になった。ドアを開けるには私の力では不十分で、妻の助力が必要であった。風呂の制御スィッチも、私の手には反応せず、妻の助力が必要であった。湯は標準38度で少し冷たい。トイレは日本のような洗浄器付きのものではない。矮倭人には、ベッドが高すぎて床に足が届かず、ベッドから起き上がれなかった。浴槽も大きすぎて立ち上がれなかった。 ホテルは閑静な所にある。地番だけが異なる地下鉄U4のショッテンリング駅まで歩けば、次の駅のシュベーデンプラッツでU1に乗り換えられる。そこから国際会議場VICまでは5駅で少し遠いが、旧市街は小さく、どこへでも簡単に歩いて行ける。トラムのボーズ駅は町名が異なるが、すぐ近くである。そこから1番のほか、中央駅へのD線や中央墓地への71番に乗ることができ、観光には繁華街のど真ん中にあるザッハなどよりも、静かでよいのではないか。 朝食は豪華であった。コンソメスープを注文するとわざわざ作って持ってきてくれた。ジュースは果実を自分で絞ることもできる。チーズも沢山な種類を自分で切って選べる。焼きたてのクロワッサンをテーブルまで持ってきてくれる。オムレツや目玉焼きをその場で選んで焼いてもらえる。食事には40分はかかる。7時にサービス開始だから、ホテルを出るのは8時過ぎになってしまう。仕事の開始は8時半だから、急がねばならない。朝食込み料金でなければ、いくら請求されるか分からなく、恐ろしくて、食べられないほどの豪華さである。 宿泊期間の最後の3日間はヨーロッパカウンスルの会合があったため、警備が厳しかった。部屋の前のエレベーター近くのソファーには24時間人が座っていて、初めはきれいな女性が本を読んでいるだけだったので、何をしているのか、分からなかった。横に座って申し訳なかった。

the best concierge service and stay. I really appreciated that even before our arrival, they gave us much advice on restaurants, opera tickets etc. upon arrival we were given an upgrade and a honeymoon surprise! We will definitely be staying in Kempinski Vienna and other Kempinski hotels around the world.

お風呂が故障しなければ…
夫婦で奮発して、ジュニアスイートに1泊しました。ホテルの内装、従業員の方対応、朝食は申し分無く、さすが5つ星ホテルだなと感じました。しかし、部屋のお風呂が壊れてて、お湯が出ず、修理に1時間要した事と、嫁的にはもう少し部屋が暖かい方が良いとの事。

華やかなリング内 でも閑静なホテル
お風呂の温度調節がかなりしにくく、最初に使うときに大変困る。洗面台の水はけが悪かった。 そのほかはとても快適に8日間の連泊を過ごすことができた。

家族で7泊。部屋係はチップもとらず日本人には楽。客室はきれいで快適もエアコンの音が煩いのが気にかかった。 コンシェルジュはレストラン予約に重宝。一流ホテルからの予約だとやはりレストラン対応も違う。 あとは可もなく不可もなく。意外に地下鉄駅から歩いた。 不満はないが、価格との費用対効果を考えると他でもよかったかなと思う。

ウイーンの中心地からは少し距離があり、周囲に買い物をする場所や食事をする場所はありませんが、ホテル自体が新しく、清潔で設備も整っている。Wifiが無料なだけでなく、1部屋に1台 Ｉｐａｄが常設されているので、ＰＣを持っていなくても手軽に情報が取得できます。地下鉄の駅から徒歩3分程度で、交通の便も良い、お勧めのホテルです。

The hotel is old and doesn't feel like luxury 5 stars experience. Cleanliness needs to be improved in the hotel's rooms and corridors. Also, the smell in the hotel isn't good, and it feels like it's old and unmaintained. Despite this, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Chambre DeLuxe pour 4 nuits, très spacieuse, finitions et détails très soignés (éclairages au sol, lampes et meubles de style, machine Nespresso, marbre très présent, Revêtement Loupe d'Orme), insonorisation parfaite, Salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire et douche Italienne séparée avec réglages sensitifs : Bémol, ces réglages sont difficiles à manipuler et on ne peut pas régler l'intensité du jet qui est un peut fort à notre goût. Accueil charmant et attentionné, pianiste dans le magnifique hall. Piscine et Spa très agréable, salle de sport ultra complète. Nous aurions aimés que la piscine ouvre plus tôt et ferme plus tard... Métros, Trams et bus pas loin de l'hôtel. En marchant un peu, nous avons trouvés les quartiers animés. Nous reviendrons.

Remember that there is No option to go the pool with a child after 4pm, which they do not inform about. So it is rather family unfriendly hotel. Disappointment. The staff in spa do not speak english.

Struttura curata con camera sufficientemente pulita. Intollerabile la moquette per terra piena di macchie ed il sistema di riscaldamento rumorosissimo, impossibile riposare in silenzio. Frigo bar con pochissime bevande e privo di snack. Il nostro omaggio di benvenuto era una bottiglia di vino con un solo flûte. Dopo la nostra segnalazione, con richiesta di un altro flûte, ci è stata portata una piccola torta al cioccolato, priva di accorgimenti igienici, in un piatto con posate per una sola persona. Dopo qualche ora, nel richiedere nuovamente il flûte mancante abbiamo richiesto anche un’altro piatto con le posate per una’altra persona, ma non abbiamo ricevuto mai nulla. Personale gentile ma poco attento. Ristorante all’interno dell’hotel chiuso. Servizio di Concierge pessimo, ci hanno consigliato un ristorante mediocre Italiano con rapporto prezzo/qualità inadeguato e ci hanno fornito una guida turistica poco professionale che ha inoltre calcolato nella sua tariffa 30 minuti in più.

Nice property but terrible reception staff!! It is a shame that such a big investment in customer comfort is completely ruin by incapable front desk staff. It is a shame to spend 1000 euros a night and not get the service you paid for!!

Een prachtig hotel op een prima locatie aan de ring. Als Expedia gold member in een VIP-access hotel heb je recht op een gratis kamer-upgrade indien beschikbaar; nadat de dienstdoende receptionist ons de vele mogelijkheden voor een upgrade noemde, bleken die bij nader inzien alleen met bijbetaling beschikbaar. Dat was jammer. De beloofde fles bubbels was wel op alle gereserveerde kamers in het ijs gastvrij klaargezet. Ontbijt en bediening in het ontbijtrestaurant waren uitstekend; bediening in de lobby enigszins understaffed. Fijne sauna en zwembad. Prima locatie, heeft wel wat extra management aandacht nodig.

Ok for a short stay
Not too bad, used to be better. Room service menu and wine list could be improved. Buffet breakfast not as good as other places.
