部屋は清潔でモダン。シャワーブースが狭いのとWiFiのスピードが極端に遅いのが不満。フロントの営業時間が8時からで、早めのチェックアウトだったため少し待たされた。その他は大満足。

円形劇場やジュリエッタの家などにも近く、便利で快適でした。

円形劇場にも近く、観光とショッピングの中心地でとても便利で快適にすごせました。朝食も部屋まで運んでいただき、量も適量でとても気持よく滞在ができたので、年末に行く際も是非泊まりたいと思っています。

とても清潔でスタイリッシュで快適でした。

オペラを歌っているので、こちらを選びました。清潔できれいで自然光も入ってきて快適で、無料で食べられる朝食やドリンクも充実していて素晴らしかったです。より魅力的なアパート（ホテル？）になるために３つ提案します。１．オペラにちなんだ写真、絵だけではなく、インテリアや置いてあるものも何かひとつオペラにちなんだものだったり、ウェルカムミュージックがそのオペラを代表するような曲だったりするとなおよかったと思います。私は「Cavalleria Rusticana」に泊まりましたが、赤ワインが置いてあるとか、間奏曲が流れてくるとか。こういう工夫をすることで、さすがArenaのすぐそばにあるアパート！と高評価につながるのではないかと思います。２．食事を部屋でつくりたかったので、食器や調理器具の充実っぷりに感動しました。ただここまでそろえるのであれば、白ワイン用、赤ワイン用のグラスとフルートグラスも置いておくべきです。２人程度しか泊まれない部屋なのにティーカップやカップチーノのセットがいくつもあり、無駄だと思いました。３．予約の時点で、どの広さの部屋がどのオペラなのかがわかり、部屋を選べたら、より親切だと思います。

We had a great two night stay in Opera Relais de Charme. The hotel rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Convenient location to Verona’s main sites and dining options. Would recommend this hotel.

The decor of the apartments is fun and unique. Love the suite with a living area with mini-fridge, Nespresso, stove top, coffee and water. Wonderful big towels and bathroom amenities and comfortable bread. The optional breakfast is a great option.

Hotel com excelente infraestrutura e localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos (fiz tudo a pé). Quarto super espaçoso, limpo, silencioso e confortável. Conta com uma copa auxiliar maravilhosa. O atendimento e a presteza dos funcionários são impecáveis. Recomendo e voltarei sempre que puder!

A lovely space in a great area of Verona. Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

First of all I would like to thank Bianca she is working in the reception she was so nice and so helpful. Actually Check in after 10pm is not possible we arrived later she was saved the key in the lock. Thank you so much for everything. The apartment hotel is located in the middle of the center in the shopping mile however in the night it’s really silence no voice to here. So all in all it’s really good

In the center of old Verona! Welcome was outstanding. We recommend it. Driving is a challenge in the old City but can be handled with GPS. We chose the vlet parking as the car is not needed in the old City

We had a really nice stay at this hotel and every was just perfect. They provide clean and modern rooms (we also had a balcony) and an excellent service. The receptionist also made a few restaurant recommendations per our request. The restaurant we chose offered probably some of the most memorable meals we had during our trip. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here as a family for a couple of nights. Even though it was in the centre of Verona and directly off the busy shopping streets it was very quiet and no issues sleeping. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping refreshed the water and coffee supplies in the room daily which was great. Check in was quick but check out was 10.30am and a bit of a rush to get out when on holiday with a family of four. Very close to all the restaurants and walkable for all the local sites. Breakfast was an option but we used local supermarkets/local restaurants instead.

Absolutely spotless aparthotel right in the centre of Verona. We had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area and super modern bathroom with a really good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, felt safe and comfy. Recommended!

Another great stay. This property is elegant, clean and conveniently located. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. I also loved that i could do some grocery shopping and make some meals in the apartment instead of always eating out.

Fabulous place to stay in Verona!

Bianca and Sabrina were amazing managers! Could not be more polite and helpful. My husband got sick and they helped us locate a doctor who treated him. The hotel is located perfectly for seeing the main sites. Cleanliness superb

Struttura completamente e funzionalmente ristrutturata. Appartamento ben arredato e fornito. Pulitissimo e ben insonorizzato. A differenza della maggior parte delle strutture, il divano letto ha un buon materasso. Posizione eccellente a 30 metri dalla via Mazzini. Ambienti comuni accoglienti e profumatissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato dell’appartamento Aida, con due camere da letto separate e un divano letto nell’ampia zona soggiorno. Il bagno è spazioso e veramente ben equipaggiato.

El Opera Relais es en realidad un conjunto de departamentos con una administración centralizada por lo que no hay recepción durante la noche. El personal de recepción es muy competente y amable. La ubicación a menos de 300 metros del Coliseo de Verona es muy buena.

We loved everything about this place. will love to go back and stay at this hotel again. the rooms were big and so clean and a great price. we were very sad to leave. the suites are like little apartments.... HIGHLY recommended
