アレーナオペラを鑑賞するために、この宿に宿泊しました。深夜に帰ってくるのが心配でしたが、全く問題がありませんでした。明るい商店街を抜けて、5〜6分で帰れました。 レセプション、朝食会場、ハウスキーパー、皆さん素晴らしい仕事ぶりでした。連泊しましたが、私の部屋番号を覚えていてくれたり、飲み物の好みを覚えていてくれたり、レセプションのスタッフが申し送りをして情報共有している様子も見受けられました。 それでもスタッフとサービスを星4つにしたのは、ただ一人だけ残念な態度を取る年配の女性スタッフが存在したからです。彼女の件がなければ星は5つです。彼女が存在したとしても、私は再びこの宿に戻るでしょう。それほど素晴らしい宿でした。

街の中心にある由緒正しきホテル
由緒正しきホテルという感じのホテル。立地も街の中心にあり観光スポットにも近距離にありとても便利。この立地のおかげで買い物をしてもすぐに部屋に戻れる点が非常によかった。部屋のレイアウトも合理的なつくりで快適に過ごせました。またバスタブがあり今回のイタリア旅で初めてシャワーでなはなく湯に浸かってくつろぐことができました。
それほど広くはないがレイアウトの良いつくりでした。
バスタブがあり、ゆっくりくつろげました。

街ブラに最適です！
ジュリエットの家からも近く、街ブラしやすい立地で落ち着いた滞在が出来ます。 お部屋は、パティオが付いた部屋で夏でしたら座ってくつろげます。 ホテルの、スタッフも愛想が良くて好感触でした。

さすがはヴェローナ 随一の歴史と格式高いホテルだけあって、全てが上質。野外オペラのあと、深夜にホテルに戻ると、ラウンジには無料の軽食が準備され、バーカウンターで飲み物を注文した人々がそれをつまみながら、楽しくオペラの余韻に浸っていました。四つ星の高級な宿ですが、それだけの価値があると思います。

スタッフの方のホスピタリティーが素晴らしかったです。ヴェローナのタクシーはスーツケース１個あたり手数料が１ユーロかかったのですが、そのルールはヴェローナだけだったので、その旨スタッフに話したところ、タクシーの運転手さんと交渉してくれ、その結果ディスカウントしてもらえました。 バスの扉が完全に閉まらなかったことと、朝食の時のトマトが丸ごとだったことが良くなかったところかもしれません。 が、部屋からの景色やサービスは最高でした！

古いが、便利で優雅。お勧めホテル
Arena di Veronaに近くて、4つ星以上で探しました。従業員の方々は全員、紳士的で、素晴らしい教育とトレーニングを受けられていると思います。古部の窓の外は隣の建物の石の塀でした。しかし、８月のベローナはとても暑く、日が入らない部屋のほうが好都合でした。シャワーのみでしたが、水圧強くて気持ち良し。冷蔵庫も適当にスペースあり、飲物入れられました。部屋は古い感じですが、使い勝手は良かったです。唯一難点としては、Wifiが部屋でつながりません。多くの人がフロント近くでつなげてましたが、座る所がたくさんあり、電源もあります。１３時から夕方まで２回、飲物と軽食サービスがフロント付近であり、暑いので観光に行ってはホテルに戻り、喉うるおしました。ベローナに行く時は、また泊まりたいホテルです。

観光に便利 クラシックスタイル
アリーナのオペラ鑑賞で2泊しましたが、アリーナ 目抜き通り 広場 観光名所 いずれにも近く大変便利でした。夏の日中は日差しが強いので都度ホテルに戻ると、飲み物とスナックが用意されていて、涼を取ることができました。部屋もバスタブがありクラシカルな感じで趣があります。シーズン価格でそれなりの値段でしたが、ゆっくり過ごせました。

滞在客を幸せにしてくれる最高のホテル
鉄道の駅からは徒歩で20分ほどかかるが、ヴェローナの観光には満点の場所に位置する。到着時のウエルカムドリンクでシャンパンを頂いて感激。部屋は広く、設備も文句なし。朝食も素晴らしい。食後にエスプレッソを頼んだら、ダブルにしてくれた。普段は倹約旅行の小生にとって、夢のような滞在時間だった。再訪したい。

居心地のいいホテル
スーペリアのダブルルームを予約しましたが、ホテル側の好意でスイートルームにアップグレードして頂きました。 ドアを開けるとまず前室があり、ベッドルームもゆったりと作ってあります。バスルームにはダブルシンクがあり、バスタブにはジェットバスもついていました。 スリッパも付いていて、快適に過ごせました。 少々古さは感じましたが、綺麗に掃除してあり、室内の調度品も品が良く、ヨーロッパらしいホテルです。 バーで飲み物を頂いた時、ドリンク以外にも沢山のスナックが付いてきて、ゆっくり出来ます。朝食もフルーツ、チーズ、パン、飲物など種類豊富で美味しかったです。 フロントの方から、もしオペラを観る場合、宿泊者にはホテル側でチケットの手配も行なっているそうです。ただし、その場合は早目の予約をオススメしてました。

とても便利な立地で、ホテルのフロントの対応もしっかりしていて安心できました。 部屋も十分な広さ、バスルームもとても清潔でバスタブに浸かって旅の疲れを癒せました。 使い捨てのスリッパがあったのも良かったです。 朝食も種類が豊富でおいしく頂きました。 朝、タクシーを呼んでもらう際に私たちの電車の時間が何時かをきちんと確認したうえで何時にここを出ればよいからと教えてくださり本当に丁寧な対応をしてくれました。 タクシーはホテルからVerona Porta Nuova駅まで13ユーロくらいだったと思います。

Posizione molto centrale, in una traversa a pochissimi passi da via Mazzini, (strada dello shopping) e vicino alle principali attrazioni della città, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in 5-12 minuti (arena di Verona, piazza delle Erbe, casa di Giulietta, ponte di pietra con funicolare, Castelvecchio). Struttura nuova, moderna, ben arredata. Stanza doppia ampia, pulita e silenziosa; bagno funzionale con vasca doccia, bidet e dotato di phon di buona qualità. Colazione a buffet molto abbondante e varia, servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde. Nella struttura presenti spazi e sale con divani e poltrone in cui potersi rilassare o bere qualcosa. This is a gem of a loggia, not inexpensive, but well worth the cost. The building dates to 1700 and is situated adjacent to the yellow archway at the top of town. Each booking includes one of the old parlours converted into a small apartment with a sleeping loft. There are still original frescoes on the ceilings. A small garden patio extends from the lobby and overlooks the town below. Breakfast (including the best cream crossiants ever) can be taken outside on a nice morning. The housekeeper met us, helped carry our bags up stairs, and bent over backwards to welcome us with information, advice and hospitality. This was a perfect set up for parents travelling with adult children. It is two minutes to the shops, five to the sea, and there is a Michelin restaurant - Miky - along the waterfront. Train service from Florence through La Spezia was very convenient and much less expensive between the Cinque Terra than the ferry boats. We took one just to get a view from the water. Would return in a heartbeat!

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived at the hotel; everyone was helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and spacious - very rare in European hotels. The Accademia is in the walking distance to everything Verona has to offer; we had a time and will happily come back.

Our stay was outstanding. English speaking ront desk staff, bellhops and breakfast staff were readily available and helpful. Parking is offsite but close and affordable. Staff ride with you to the lot and escort you back to the hotel. Room was large with usual amenities. Breakfast was exceptionally varied with everything you could imagine:pastries, fruit, cheese, eggs. Would definitely stay again if we are in Verona and highly recommend.
