Property is rundown, there is a parking lot behind the hotel where you can watch a lot of drug use. Housekeeping staff seem to ignore the do not disturb sign.

Room was filthy. Bathroom hadn’t been wiped down and had tons of hair in the tub. Had to clean it myself before using. Bugs on the floor in the bathroom and main room. Noisy housekeeping facilities in the middle of the hallway. By 8 am ladies talking at the top of their lungs, screeching at each other all morning. No respect for your quiet. Asked front staff for a couple pillows to raise my head after ear surgery told they’d get me two. Asked twice, no pillows ever came. Morning of my received woke to hammering in the hallway. Some sort of repairs going on at 730 until I couldn’t stand it anymore and got up. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed it.

The dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed at. The floors had not been cleaned, there was debris, hair and visible spills. The door did not have a secondary lock which left me feeling unsafe.

The staff were very friendly/helpful. The room was nice/clean. We were on the first floor by an outside door that people used for going out for a smoke and every time they used the door it woke us. Other wise it was a nice place. at the end of

Our room was located in the back of the Hotel. Old building run down exterior. Felt dingy and unsafe location. Instantly regretted the hotel choice.

My first room smelled strongly of smoke. My second room they put me in had ants crawling on the bathroom floor. The toilet paper holder was covered in rust. The front desk clerk was annoyed with me that I wasn’t satisfied with my room. Getting customer service for Expedia is difficult. Unhappy customer.

Walls are thin, and every time a door was opened or closed by my room outside. The window would shake.

This hotel is quite run down. For approzimately $250 per night we were very disappointed. The window wouldnt close, the dresser drawer wouldnt close, the fridge made crazy knocking noises in the middle of the night, there was piles of garbage in the parking lot, and our keycard was deactivated after only 1 night (we paid for 2 nights)

Son had bites on neck and back (bed bugs?). Room smelled of mold/mildew, window didnt lock or have screen, abundant mold in shower, silverfish in bathroom, shared doorbto adjacent room needs soundproofing - as we could hear neighbour's snoring all night.

The property is very dated. No updates done in a very long time. No elevator makes carrying luggage to 2nd floor quite awkward amd difficult. Used towels were taken away in the a.m. but were never replaced. We had to ask for new ones. Leaky toilet. Was fixed next morning. Leaky shower head. Temp in room was either too cold or too warm. No middle ground. Daytime front desk staff need training in hospitality. Definitely not upto par w Ramada standards. Would NOT recommend this hotel. FYI: Sunstar restaurant at hotel serves very good food and good bang for the buck.

The hotel is on the old side. TV controller has tape holding the batteries in. Small amounts of what looks like black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the window curtains. Apart from that it was fine, I guess. Maybe they could improve the lighting. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were friendly

Room was supposed to be non smoking and their sheets were smelling all smoky, the heater was not working asked for maintenance, they said can’t do until monday eventhough it was just sat-sun booking. No help there, washroom had ants around, room was smelling terrible. Very poor

Met the bare minimum motel standards....should be 1 or 2 stars, not 3 star at all! Rats and garbage strewn about parking lot. Rooms were mostly clean, but hairs on the pillows, stains on some of the bedding. Rooms did not smell fresh. Drug users loitering/half-dead in parking lot.

Our room wreaked like cigarette smoke and there was a stain in front of the night stand that stayed there the whole three nights we were there and we had room service each day. I let them know instantly upon arriving at the room but there was nothing done about it. They don’t seem overly concerned with creating an experience for their customers. I will not be returning.

It isn't fancy, but it did the job. I was in town for a couple of days with my teenager and we mostly just wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep at night. This fit the bill nicely. There's a bus stop about a two minute walk away which was very convenient since I don't drive. Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Chinese restaurant with access from property did not open until 9am! Hotel had no breakfast facilities, causing a 1.5km walk/bus ride to get to nearest places open for breakfast. Hotel is not centrally located for other restauant options. At other Ramada locations where I have stayed, there has always been a breakfast room/area, with beakfast icluded in the price per night.

It's an old property. I think a lot of renovations needed to be done. The rooms were laminated so I didn't feel the comfort of a hotel. The pool was nasty main pool was very dirty, I could feel mud/sand on the pool floor it was dirty. Chemicals in the hot tub were in excess.

I will not recommend this property to anyone. Sleeping in my car would feel safer than staying here. The persons behind the front desk both male and female were rude, dismissive and unapproachable all shifts not even making eye-contact. A bad look on the name brand "Ramada"!

nothing. Parking lot is open and scary for families. We got flat tire on Driving side wheel. They're not doing complimentary Breakfast which was shawing up during reservation time. Proprty seems old and room was not clean enough. Room heater/aircondition was not working. Bed liner was smelling like Rats 🐀 poop. corridor space was noisy and Swimming pool was shared with swimming lessons students. I am not happy about this place. it was very bad experience for me and my family. 😏

Dear Priti Soni,We have checked the AC in your room and it is definitely working. There is no rat or mice in the room or any droppings. We are very proactive on those problem. We even called in the pest control to inspect the room. We also inspect the room before occupancy , so we know the room is ready to go. Also, we never advertised free breakfast , you can confirm that with Expedia .
