「Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! Alla mia richiesta avevano detto che sarebbero venuti il giorno dopo a portarle ma mai visto nessuno! Nel complesso comunque...

「El piso es grande y está impecable. Tiene todo lo necesario, lavadora, secadora, todo tipo de menaje,cuna, champú, gel, hasta una batidora de brazo para poder hacer la papilla del bebé . Está bien ubicado, a 10 min caminando del casco viejo. Y los transportes públicos al lado (tranvía y bus) y metro a 10/15 min, aunque no es impedimento ya que se hace transbordo facilmente . Lo único malo es que en una de las habitaciones el somier tiene caída hacia el centro entonces es incómodo porque ambas...

「We have felt very comfortable and with everything we need to spend a few quiet days in Valencia. The location is great, very close to Ruzzafa and the river promenade, with the metro nearby too! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the mini terrace. Ana super host! We will be back!」

「We had a lovely time staying in Dulce apartment. She was very quick with responses and helpful with activities to do in the area. The apartment was in a really good location with walking distance to the beach and 25min transit to the centre of Valencia. The patio was a little bit smaller then what we had seen on the pictures but the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had a great time overall.」

The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!」

「We had such a lovely holiday in this beautiful quirky apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of traditional pieces and more modern items. It could not be better located as most places of interest are nearby. We ate out a lot but cooked a few meals in the kitchen which is small but well equipped. I have a fear of heights but managed the sloping terrace, albeit cautiously, and although well past retirement age the 67 steps up to the 4th floor did not bother us. As there were just two of...

「Ved ankomst var en av vaskene på badet tett. Dette burde vært oppdaget og fikset på. Vi meldte i fra, og fikk raskt beskjed om at det kunne komme noen å se på det dagen etter. Jaccuzzi på terrassen var ikke inbydende. Kunne med fordel ha vært fjernet. Lite glass, kopper, fat i skapene. Enkel adkomst og ligger veldig sentralt til med mange flotte resturanter i nærheten. 「Valencia is a wonderful destination for a family, you cannot get bored! the appartment is wonderful, situated basically on the central Plaza de la Reina from where you can reach anything on foot. Clean, spacious, great beds, full of light, we loved to come back and do a siesta in this great appartment. Maria is an excellent host and took great care of us! Highly recommended!」
