We got 2 rooms for a one night stay. The beds were so hard! Check in lady was nice but one room reeked of marijuana. Then at 0830 we had housekeeping beating on the door to see if we had left yet. Never again.

Property was very disappointing, had people hanging out on balcony and in parking lot. Room smelled like skunk weed so bad it almost made me sick. Room appeared to be clean except the bed spread had something on it, and smoke detector was ripped from ceiling. I booked a NON SMOKING room which is all I ever book due to health issues which make it impossible to breath cigarette smoke. After booking this hotel had NO non smoking rooms available so I requested a refund and they refused. It took days and hours upon hours to get refunded $128 for a room I never would have booked. Which took time away from MY VACATION. Hotels.com lost a customer AND all Days Inns by Wyndham lost a customer. I have owned a business and managed businesses and from a perspective of a business it’s completely unethical to refuse a refund to customers who can not use the service/product they were expecting due to the information the business provided to the customer requesting a refund. Hotel is unethical. Also, not one person I spoke with on either hotels.com or days inn spoke fluent American English…very frustrating to relate with and every call was someone different who I had to explain the entire situation to - even using the “transaction code” provided. Never again! Customer should BEWARE of this hotel and web site.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Room was recently renovated which was great. When I booked on Hotel.com it stated free breakfast which is usually why I choose the hotels I do and when we checked in the lobby was under renovation so the gentleman working the desk said no breakfast and of coarse there was no refund available due to checkin time which is our fault but the room was great other then all the renovations going on

Some of it was newly renovated and the room seemed very fresh. But it was a bit dirty with little to no amenities. There was a coffee pot with coffe to use but no powdered creamer or sugar packets. The mini fridge was very old and in poor condition but it worked well enough for what i used it for. There was construction supplies everywhere. There was no breakfast due to renovations which was not advertised. Overall id say it was 5 out of 10. Clean and nice enough but not much else to boast about and staff was friendly.

Horrible and filthy hotel
Dirty towels left in room from previous customers. Our towels were stained and looked like cleaning rags. We asked for replacements. Smoking room that smelled like marijuana and there were no ashtrays available. Ashes on bed and the bed looked like someone had laid on top of the bedspread. Burn holes in sheets and pillowcases were stained with permanent marker and had holes in them. Refrigerator was not working properly. Hairs left in the shower. I understand the hotel was under renovation/remodeling but outside, lobby, and rooms were left in horrible condition. Staircases were falling apart. Railing one second floor was loose and we noticed it wasn't bolted in to the brick on one end. Very dangerous as we leaned on it. Junk left under the stairwell. Front desk employee was just okay but could use some customer service training. They had NOTHING available in lobby supposedly because of Covid. No coffee or ice water. Nothing! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was convenient but the parking was tight. It's apparently going through some type of remodel and old couches were outside near the dumpster. When I checked in the front lobby was stacked with packages of things they were obviously going to use to renovate other parts of the hotel. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious that someone had smoked in the room previously. I probably should have complained but I was tired and didn't want to hassle with it.

Don't stay here!
Don't stay here ever! We were looking for a place to spend the night during travel and booked this place. Paid $110 for a non-smoking room and ended up in a room covered in cigarette Burns and other various stains on the comforters! The place is way more run-down than any picture would ever show online. Somewhat reminded me of a trap house! Sketchy people EVERYWHERE. We ended up handing the room keys back and looking for a different place to stay at 10 p.m. because we didn't feel safe even with the door locked.

Ever stsy again!
It was the worst experience, very deceiving as reported on Hotels.com. everything was missing, no iron, board, coffee and when i went to request an iron, i was told they couldn't find ait. Stained bedding, rust and dirt in bathroom. We were there for my son's funeral and it was the worst experience for my family. I will never stay in this place again.

The phones didn't work I'm disabled and made my reservations on line and room was not ready when I arrived had to wait 2hours longer so I had to leave and come back

Dirtiest Room Ever!
The dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It looked like it had not been cleaned fir weeks. Chewing tobacco spit on the floor. I didn’t use the shower or sleep under the covers. Pulled the bed out to use the only plug in that worked in the room, I was horrified to see old socks and wrappers. Didn’t go any further. Was told only room for miles, nothing could be done. It’s a shame this hotel is allowed on hotels.com. The party gets started about 3am, people shouting and car alarms going off.
