無料のペットボトルは初日だけだった。ロビーに水のサーバーがありました。毎日新しいコーヒーカプセルが提供され助かった。 バスマットがない日が何度かあった。 朝8:30過ぎにクリーナーが部屋をノックしてきて、いつ頃掃除できるか聞いてきたのは驚いた。 ベッド、枕は快適、タオル類も清潔で大きく良かった。 シャワーのお湯はもう少し熱くなれば尚良かった。

部屋も綺麗に清掃されていて、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。駅からは徒歩の距離だと少しだけ遠く感じるが、観光地へ行くのにはとてもいい立地にある。とてもおすすめのホテルです。

チェックイン時に渡されたカードキーに部屋情報が読み込まれていなかったので、フロントまで戻ってまた列に並ばなければならず、少し面倒でした。 滞在中客室清掃を３回ほどお願いしたのですが、その度にタオルが補充されていない箇所がありました。 チェックアウト前日の清掃後はハンドソープが水増しされたように見えて衛生的に心配になりました。 部屋の暖房は、ある一定の温度に達すると勝手に15°C位の設定になる為、朝起きた時に部屋がとても寒くなっていたりして不便でした。 立地や部屋がとても気に入ったので、こういった些細なことがとても惜しいなと思ってしまいました。

Nice hotel with fresh clean rooms, restaurant, bar and shop on site. Close to a lot of things. Just wish rooms were a little bigger. Other than that everything was perfect.

We love Holiday Inn Downtown Centre! We choose this location every year when we come to Toronto. Super quick and easy access to the TTC, Eaton Centre and the dining, pool and breakfast are all spectacular. See you again in a few months!

TERRIBLE stay, at night there were ants in the beds and I even killed a violin spider on the ceiling (a spider that was too dangerous), when I presented my complaint at the reception they did not help me solve it, the cleaning lady was kindly the one who took care of it in killing insects. Also, breakfast was not included in the price (I have been to different Holiday Inns and they always included American breakfast).

The rooms located at the end of the building have a very small window so limited natural light Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious except the bathroom which had zero counterspace Location was great very close to College TTC stn and Yonge St Do not go to the breakfast restaurant Eggspectation across the street, easily the worst. Frans on Yonge and College was terrific

Great customer service, friendly and happy staff, parking easily accessible and close to many restaurants. Beautifly updated lobby. Parking lot is very tight for turning corners and arrows are on opposite side for you to stay on than expected. The parking lot has an odor but not unbearable. Parking is quite expensive per night. Walk way to elevators could use some better signage along with signage for which elevators go down to parking. And elevator area in parking area could use some sanitizing.

Very good location! Close to a Subway station and lots of shops and restaurants good restaurants. The hotel and room were really clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Being downtown, there was lots of noise coming from outside, like emergency vehicule sirens and car honks. Not the hotel's fault by any means, but just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to that.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Did have an issue with our room not being cleaned properly, then was advised nothing could be done since I didn’t tell them right away (after flying overnight and not seeing it until the next morning).

The customer service was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff, breakfast staff, etc were all so kind and friendly, especially to our kids. The room was very clean, but on the small side (however we had 2 adults and 2 kids staying in it). The parking lot is very tight to get into. The location seemed okay. A nice grocery store was close by. Would visit again!

Hotels in Toronto are expensive! Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the subway. I went to the wrong parking lot (my bad). The room was TINY, but we were only there to sleep. It was clean, and the beds were comfy. There was coffee, water, and the a/c worked! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Elevators jammed and slow. Had a great weekend!!
