Very friendly staff at check in. Room immaculate. Hotel a little dated but bed very comfortable. Bed linen great and comfortable pillows.Bathroom tub/ toilet area a little cramped but satisfactory. Good selection for breakfast and very clean. Would stay again if in the area. Also, let us check in early so we could get ready for the wedding we were going to! Thanks

Needed a place close to BGU and hotel was perfect for student orientation visit. The only draw back was that the stairs to the 2nd floor were steep and difficult to navigate with luggage.

You’ll go through less tissue if you get better quality. Have to use 3 at a time just to not leak snot through to my hands. Window seal wouldn’t allow window to close completely. The window was the reason for a lost star.

Great place, great location
This was a great stay. Very clean, even though the building itself has some age to it. All of the ladies working the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

No need to look any further…
I had stayed here last year and was provided excellent service…so I decided to book again this year, and again was provided excellent service…I will be coming here to BG more often and will always book to stay here!!! The breakfast area was always clean and the food was fresh, plentiful and delicious!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly!!! The accommodations were excellent!!! Nothing at all to complain about!!!

Room was fine and clean ; the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was good but the service area again was very small and hard to navigate when there were many people. The staff was very nice. We were there for BGSU family weekend and I did not like how inflated the room prices were, it was expensive for a Best Western.
