Location sits between the congested hubs of Shinjuku and Shibuya, in a nice enclave that faces Yoyogi Park where Fuglen and Monocle Store also reside. You get the best of Tokyo without the overwhelming density. Rooms are not enormous, but generous by Tokyo standards given the thoughtful layout and very homely vibe. The design of the entire hotel is very top notch Japandi.
But the highlight of the hotel has got to be the roof top infinity pool and jacuzzi which is heated during the winter and is really a modern step up from outdoor onsens. Best part is - it’s served by a rooftop bar / cafe.
Service is friendly and impeccable, and language was definitely not an issue. Some of the staff are very international. Offered to help with the logistics of our cumbersome snowboard bags to/from our room.
Prices can be a little on the high side, but definitely worth the experience if you want to enjoy Tokyo but have something to look forward unwinding to after a busy day out and about.

Fabulous hotel. Great staff they were so helpful with anything we needed. They called the airlines for us when our phones didn’t work. 10/10
