The room is beautiful, but the check in procedure is not smooth and well prepared. Also for the housekeeping request is not up to my expectation.

체크인하는데 1시간 걸렸습니다.
알고보니 셀프체크인...셀프체크인이라고 알려주지 않고 심지어 체크인번호도 알려주지 않아서 습하고 더운데 1시간 넘게 씨름하다 겨우 들어 갔네요..뭐 시설은 나쁘지 않아요 그래도 다시는 이용할 생각은 없습니다.

Worst experience
Bad experience. The hotel is simply not ready for guests. No reception and we need to call the hotline remotely to get the key. However, the check in process took us 30 min....
Even worse, the key cannot be injected in the room to get the power supply. And the place is not clean with some hairs in the bed. Not to say there is a hidden charge of jpy10000 for cleaning service...
Location is great though. It takes only 5 min walk to shinjuku station and many restuarant choices nearby.
But believe me, you can have much better choice with the same price. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel definitely.

1附近很多有名店家
2.入住前需用email填好入住旅客資料,到現場用遠端影像check in。且要記得收email,會有一組check in 號碼,才有辦法在數位螢幕上輸入。
