周りは住宅街でとても静か。あまり飲食店がない印象。そのため上野か浅草くらいまで行く必要がある。かっぱ橋、上野まで少し歩くが徒歩圏内。 施設はとてもきれい。共用のキッチンスペースは少し狭いが、購入した弁当を食べるには充分。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
ベッドで寝るだけなら悪くない。Not bad if you just sleep in bed.
洗顔やシャワーに必要なタオルは用意されていないので、あなたがタオルを常備していなければフロントで小さなタオルを買うしかありません。 各階に洗面所とトイレがありますが、ベッドのあるスペースとは仕切りすら無いため、洗顔や化粧をするシーンが丸見えです。 シャワーは５階にしか無いため、シャワーを浴びるにはベッドのある階からシャワーのある５階へ移動しなくてはなりません。 シャワールームのある５階にはダイニングルームにしか電気コンセントがないので、洗った髪を乾かすにはダイニングルームにいる人達に囲まれながらドライヤーを使わねばなりせん。 ５階のダイニングルームは狭くて10人でいっぱいになるうえ電子レンジと電気湯沸かし器はありますが、冷蔵庫はありません。 人目に晒されるのが嫌な人にはおすすめできません。 The towels needed for washing your face and showering are not provided, so if you don't have towels handy, you'll have no choice but to buy a small towel at the front desk. There are washrooms and toilets on each floor, but as there is no partition between them and the space where the beds are located, the scene of people washing their faces and applying make-up is in full view. The showers are only on the fifth floor, so to take a shower I have to move from the floor with the beds to the fifth floor with the showers. On the 5th floor, where the shower room is located, there is only an electrical outlet in the dining room, so in order to dry my washed hair, I had to use the hair dryer while being surrounded by people in the dining room. The dining room on the fifth floor is small and can accommodate 10 people, and there is a microwave and electric kettle, but no refrigerator. Not recommended for people who don't like being exposed to the public eye.

コンセントのあるカウンターテーブルは3人がけ Counter table with outlet seats 3 people
洗面所はベッドルームから丸見え The washroom is fully visible from the bedroom

You get what you pay for. But for another ten bucks you can get a much better capsule in a more interesting part of the city. Not to say that Iriya isn’t interesting in its own way but if you’re here for a short time look for a better place.
