全体的には少し古いが良い施設です。大きなスーツケース95ℓを広げるには多少場所が狭いのとシャワーが上部固定式なので少し使いずらかったです。

サウナを利用した際ロッカーの鍵を渡された。サウナに入る際に鍵をサウナ内に持込持参のは難しく、鍵の置き場所に困った。鍵については改善した方が良いのではないか。また、眼鏡も同様。小物置き場等あれば、利用しやすくなると思われる。

バス利用者に便利

　掃除は行き届いており，朝食も申し分なく，フロントのスタッフは親切である。夕食もホテルのレストランで取ったが，値段もそこそこ，ウェイターも親切でした。ただ，トイレ･シャワールームが小さく，扉が内開きなので，使いづらい。また，シャワーヘッドが固定式なのも，やはり，日本人には使いづらい。　ティラナ空港と市内を結ぶバスの起点・終点となるバス停はホテル近くの公園にあり，歩いて５分とかからない（他の建物が邪魔になって，バス停からホテルを見ることは出来ない。）。ホテルの裏に旅行会社があり，プリシュティナなどへのバスの乗車券を販売しており，また，バスはその旅行会社の前から出発する。そのため，バスで移動する旅行者にとっては，便利な立地である。

街の中心にある眺めのいいホテル

街の中心にある好立地。快適な滞在でしたが一点。電圧が安定しないためか携帯などの充電がうまくできませんでした。そのあたりが社会主義政権下で国策で建てられたホテルの限界かなと思いました。あとは快適でした

立地に文句なし。レストランからの見晴らしも良好。

ティラナ中心部にあるランドマーク的なホテル。眺めの良い部屋をリクエストしておいたら、最上階近くの部屋をアサインして貰い、部屋からもたまに行うらしい花火が良く見えた。 2Fにあるレストランもバルコニー席は広場に面しており、気持ちよく朝食を取る事ができた。タクシーに乗っても間違われる事が無いし、観光名所にも近く、コソボ行の長距離バスの出発地点からも近かったので、非常に便利に滞在できた。

設備はよいが一部のスタッフはサービス悪し

空港からのバス発着場から徒歩５分、街の中心スカンデルベグ広場に面しておりロケーションは最高。また、設備も十分。ただ、フロントのスタッフに少し問題がある。若い女性が３人いたが、内１名にホテルの近くで時計塔のすぐ東側に建設中の上部が下部より大きな高層ビルの絵を描き、これは何と言うビルか訊いたらオペラと言う。オペラはホテル前の１階の四角い低層ビルでガイドブックに載っており全く違う。再度説明したら、それは知らぬので現場に行って訊いてほしいと言う。それはそうかも知れぬが、オペラと言う間違いと言い、完成後はティラナ一の高層ビルに何の興味も関心もないのはいただけない。翌日、１６．５５発のアテネ行きに搭乗するので、ホテルは１４．００にＣ／Ｏが都合よく朝、昨日と別の女性スタッフに無償で延長を頼んだらＯＫしてくれた。一度昼前に戻り朝とは別の女性となったが部屋のキーも１４．００迄延長のこと頼んだら、一度Ｃ／Ｏしてラゲッジはフロントに預けよと振り出しに戻るようなことを言ったり、空港に行くのにバスだと１時間も掛かるから（実際は４０分位。街は歩き尽くし早目にＣ／Ｏ出来る）タクシーにすればとか、意に染まぬことばかり言う。例外もあるが若い女性スタッフの教育がなっていない。

Among the best located hotel in Tirana. It is on the main square, 100 metres from the public transport. Facilities - normal, had breakfast - standard. Price of dinner was reasonable.Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

l'Hotel è in una posizione davvero strepitosa, nella piazza proncipale della città. Camera ampia e pulita. Il problema è la wi fi - scarsa e lenta, direi quasi inesistente. Colazione scarsa e con prodotti non di qualità Abbiamo chiesto il latte di soia e ci è stato risposto che era finito. Non hanno nessun tipo di latte alternativo per chi non può bere il latte normale. Beh in un 4 stelle non mi pare normale. Per il resto ok

This was a good hotel only issue i had is that on check out they said i had a coffee when i never, i thought this was sorted out in morning, i used thier private taxi and left luggage i returned to collect and again was told i took a coffee when i didnt, bit frustrating to repeat myself as i explained in morning that i never, seems staff billed my room when it was another who took it

Meget sentralt hotell med et sus av Tirana og Albanias historie i etterkrigstiden. Gode senger, god frokost og rent. Stilen er eldre, men jeg likte den veldig godt. Noe slitt her og der, men ganske sjarmerende. Merk at det kommer mye lyd fra byen og torget rett utenfor hotellet. Så ikke velg dette hotellet om du sover veldig lett.

Melhor localização de Tirana

Ótima localização. Contudo, quarto que fiquei tem área muito pequena para banho, sendo impossível não molhar todo o banheiro. Quarto antigo, mas localização melhor impossível. Em frente à praça central. Hotel histórico porque era o principal reduto estrangeiro na era comunista. Na visita ao Banker há referências ao hotel. Há falha no site do hotéis.com! Nas fotos aparece uma Área com piscina interna. Tal piscina não existe. Havia feito a reserva nesse hotel em função disso. Me desapontei, contudo acredito que o problema seja do site, que não atualizou as imagens

Pillows was terrible smelling and old ,beds are uncomfortable ..reception officers not kind , not careful about the customer communication , information and not helpful..when ı asked to call taxi she said me call my taxi 😒so far no front desk officer had recommend me to call taxi myself . the only good thing is wiev scanderia square by very dirty windows .. so it was disappointed expeirence

Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Von dort aus ist alles schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Große Zimmer mit Minibar (allerdings keine Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee zu kochen). Freundliches Personal. Wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten raus hat, blickt man jedoch in die Zimmer eines neu gebauten Hotels. Also besser nach vorne raus.

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Great value for money and the staff were very attentive. However, the big thing about the hotel is it's amazing location. Not only did our room overlook Skanderbeg Square, but the breakfast balcony did as well, and we had the added benefit of hearing the call to prayer each morning.
