After I was told over the phone they would gladly swap my room I was very appreciative. I went to the front desk to grab my key and approached the counter to a women that was very inconvenienced by my presence. I told her I needed a key for both rooms to swap my stuff. With out a smile or a thanks or sympathy toward the situation she got the keys and sent me on my way. We go up (a tired mom and two young kids traveling that just want to enjoy a stay) I had to make multiple trips between rooms and things got chaotic, some how I locked my self out and had to return to the counter for another key. I walked up to the same lady present. She was leaned against a wall looking down at her phone. I stood for a few and realized I would have to grab her attention or the other two employees behind the counter. When I explained I needed another key she was not happy and responded with “I just gave you one”, yes I locked myself out. With an eye roll and a horrible attitude she proceeded to get another key and slapped the key on the counter while making sure I knew I inconvenienced her. I immediately pointed out that she was being very rude and unprofessional and I did not deserve that treatment. She looked around at her coworkers and began talking about me like I wasn’t there. “Who this lady think she is…” with many other comments. I stated that I would like a manger and of course there wasn’t one. I then said I need someone else to help me. She continued bantering in the most unprofession

This stay did not occur. We arrived at the property after many hours of traveling, just to find the building in total darkness due to a power outage. No emergency power or battery powered lights, even. Not a soul to be found. Requested and received a complete refund from Expedia

I did not like the fact that during my entire stay I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor. My room was at the very end of the hallway. You could ride to the 3rd and then walk the flight stairs to the 4th but it was very inconvenient

Did NOT have the room I reserved, I reserved 2 queen beds, they game me a king with a pull out that I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on! No towels at the pool. No food for breakfast, no milk, no fruit, no eggs, no sausage, no biscuits, no danishes!

The only issue was with the 4th floor elevator call button which was not working. Everything else was great.

We book a room and one an a half hour later we find out the hotel does not even have a room. Michael Yinglng was pretty rude about it when he called me to let me know and told me I needed to deal with Expedia and it's not his problem. Tell Michael I have been putting his rudeness all over the inter net. Hope he likes it
