When we arrived at 2 pm, no one was at the reception. Instead, we had to do the check-in procedure at the adjacent hotel (supposedly under the same management) and return to the Muse. Breakfast was not provided at the hotel but at the adjacent one. We reserved and paid for a room at the Muse, not at any other hotel. The disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered is a misrepresentation of the first order, requiring a financial indemnification and an apology. Renting rooms while renovating the hotel insults the guests and threatens their well-being and personal security. Shame on the Muse management.
