Fantastic location, amenity and presentation; disl
Massimo is the perfect host, available, supportive and unobtrusive. The two rooms are large, airy, well appointed and spotless. The breakfast room is likewise and has a small balcony with great views. He bathrooms were great and specific to your room but you had to cross the small public space from the bedroom which not all will find ideal if the two rooms are occupied by strangers.

Highly recommendable
This little B&B (two rooms) is highly recommendable with all you want as a tourist in Siracusa, fine location, nice host, very good breakfast, comfortable room and last, but not not least beautiful views both from the room and the balcony outside the breakfast room. We would love to come back.

Nice small B&B in the heart of Ortigia (Siracusa)
Massimo, the owner, is a great person. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the streets were closed to traffic(city ordinance) Massimo came to help us and took some of our luggage directly to the B&B. We parked our car in a Public Garage (at 10 euros per 24 hours) and we walked back to the B&B (about 10 minute walk).The place was very clean, the room very comfortable and spacious, AC in room, WiFi was perfect, and Massimo made sure we had everything that we needed. We had access to a refrigerator for our water and snacks.The B&B is small, with two rooms only, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and with good choices, including great coffee, cappuccino and fresh fruit. Each room has its own private bathroom however in order to access your bathroom you have to exit your bedroom and walk a few steps across the hallway. This was fine for us but we realize it may not be OK for everybody. Perhaps this should be noted on the B&B's web site.
