The water in the sink in room 308 was clogged, so I requested repairs. The repair person came and unclogged the sink, but the water was still clogged and wouldn't go down. He said he was sorry and said there was nothing he could do, so he left. Thanks to this, I felt very uncomfortable every time I washed my face or brushed my teeth. Maybe there was a problem with the shower door, but after showering, all the water came out and the floor was soaked.
I don't recommend it because the front desk's response is very poor and causes a lot of inconvenience.

Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.
