カジノ好きには絶好のホテルです
カジノ、朝食、対応　等総合的に満足できるものでした。エアーセルビアによる預け荷物の紛失受け入れに対しても親切に対応してくれました。２泊目の昼過ぎに２個のスーツケースが無事届きました。

中央駅とバスターミナルから建物と看板が見えるので迷わず着ける。 設備はやや老朽化が進んでいるが、清掃されているのであまり気にならないレベル。

ソフィア観光に良い
空港から地下鉄で３０分くらいのSERDIKA駅から徒歩で15分くらい、またここで乗り換えてLAVOV MOST駅からだと徒歩５分くらいに位置し、カジノもあるのでわかりやすい。なお、ソフィア中央駅からも徒歩数分なので観光のアクセスにも良い。フロントも親切に対応してくれ、気持ちよく過ごせました。

ソフィア中心部までは歩いて15分から20分くらい。(アレクサンドルネフスキー大聖堂までは50分位) 治安も良いので歩けるならば、散歩がてら地元のお店にちらほら寄って中央部の観光をするのも楽しいと思います。 朝ごはんも平日で安かったのか値段のわりには結構よかったと思いました。 駐車場が地下にあるんですが、薄暗くすっごく汚なそうなので、あれはきれいにした方がいいと思います。

Sono delusa di questo albergo e non lo sugerisco a prescindere dalla mia esperienza per i viaggiatori che comunque si fermano poco tempo e vogliono godersi Sofia, l’albergo si localizza un po’ fuori del centro, l’intorno è un po’ brutto. Al momento di fare il check-in ho avuto dei problemi perché loro avevano overbooking o comunque sembra che volevano truffarmi dicendo che non c’era disponibile la tipologia di camera prenotata e PAGATA da me 6 settimane in anticipo del arrivo e mi hanno messo in una stanza con il letto e luci rotte, insomma stanza da vergogna! Poi sono tornata alla reception esigendo una soluzione e parlare col manager, chi ovviamente non si è fatto vedere e dopo di insistere tantissimo, magicamente qualcuno al telefono ha autorizzato alla reception la camera PER CUI HO PAGATO EXTRA IN ANTICIPO “business con letto king”. Sta gente è poco seria, addirittura all’inizio mi dice la sfacciata della reception che io avevo chiamato alla struttura per fare cambio camera!!! Una roba ridicola perché vorrei capire chi è nel mondo che dopo aver prenotato e pagato extra per essere comodi, chiama per fare un downgrade? Albergo da truffatori!!! Colazione sempre la stessa, ristoranti e bar con prezzi che triplicano i prezzi dalla media in Sofia. L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è lo Spa e piscina incluso nella tariffa della stanza.

Il y a une panne de climatisation à l’hôtel durant mes cinq nuits. Lorsque je vais voir la réception, bien sûr il ne m’avait pas prévenu lors du checking. Ils me disent de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Je vois avec la responsable qui me dit la même chose. Sauf qu’à Sophia la température peut aller entre 24 et 12° la nuit. Il a un immeuble en construction juste en face de l’hôtel et on a droit à des bruits de chantier à partir de 8h du matin. Ils sont encore à la construction de la dalle.

Great place to stay and to enjoy life
It was amazing and we've got uograded with love but the most important all thr team is amazing and the casino is very cool, nice casino and I won lol and some great bar and free drinka, so really nothing to complain

Outdated hotel near main bus station
The hotel definitely is outdated and needs renovation. Environment is really busy. Perfect SPA but swimming pool is crowded,so on my 2 days stay I didn’t manage to use it because of that. Staff is friendly , except security guy, who acting like he works in prison, but not at 5 star hotel.

Bu otelde daha önce de bir çok kez kalmıştım. Fiyatı , verilen hizmete göre yüksek. Garaj kısmı berbat . Eskiden garaj , konaklayan kişiler için ücretsizdi şimdi her gece için 9 € alıyorlar. Benim kaldığım oda , Business katındaydı ancak duş kabininin altından bütün su tuvalet bölümüne akıyordu. Bunu ilk farkeden ve durumu ilgililere aktaran kişi olduğumu zannetmiyorum. Belli ki umursamıyorlar ve çözüm bulmaya çalışmıyorlar.

Hotel was the princess in the 80's now perhas Earl
The A/C system is one for the hotel so no individual options, If the system is set to heat you can't have cool. If your going to use the Casino better bring a gas mask with you as it reeks from cigarettes smoke and every one there is in LOW spirits and bummed out, the equipment is ancient, croupiers are rude and drink service is very slow . Rather go to the Casino at the Intercontinental where you will hear laughter and folks having a good time.

The worst experience by Hotels.com
I stayed at hotel for 3 nights. When l was checked in there was no hot water at hotel ( since one day ago ) and even no hot water they never informed that situation. Also Hotels.com never informed us and no money back.Even no reservation cancelation. I have talked virtual agent from Hotels com that he said " hotels com just convey the situation to Ramada no pay back and cancel the reservation. I stayed at hotel 3 nights without hot water. At the same time l have reserved a room from the hotel around the area , l took my showers there. That was my last reservation from Hotels.com and Ramada the Hotels.com was very good at the beginning but not they are the worst. Just collecting the money not interesting the rest...

Pluspunt was het gratis toegang voor gasten van het zwembad. Pinautomaat aanwezig ook ivm aanwezigheid van casino met entertainment, gratis drankjes en eten. Hotel ligt op ongeveer 20 a 30 min rustig lopen van het centrum. Bovendien is er een spa aanwezig tegen redelijke prijzen voor massages etc. Kamers netjes en worden goed bijgehouden. Wij sliepen op de 10e verdieping. Klein minpuntje was het matras. Dit was aan vervanging toe. Bedden zijn groot maar de topper was daardoor te klein. Erg warm op de kamer
