チェックイン時に朝食などがつけられていないと言われたが、クラブラウンジまでつけたはず。。。それをいうと再確認してＯＫにしてくれた。なぜ最初にＮＯになったかは不明。 前回は朝食も6泊ともクラブラウンジだったけど今回は一階の朝食を利用。品数豊富だし一階が良さげ笑笑 いろいろ融通きくので好きです👍

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス
ロビーは趣があり、特に年長者にとっては落ち着く雰囲気かもしれません。ウェスティン恵比寿などのクラシカルな雰囲気に似ています。ただ、部屋はベイビューの部屋にしたもののとても狭く、圧迫感がありとても窮屈でした。 また、夜中、クラブの音でしょうか？外が音楽の音でとてもうるさくて真夜中11:00ころから深夜2時まで音がガンガン鳴っており、また窓も薄いためうるさくて眠れませんでした。 子供にアイスをくださったこと、1人フロントの男性のサービスがとても良かったことはとても嬉しい事でした。 また、どなたか書いておられたように水回りが古く、また使いにくかったです。 洗面所も狭かったため、化粧品などがゆったりと置けませんでした。 その割に割高かなと思います。 歴史的建造物に泊まれたのは経験として良かったです。

いつもシンガポ－ルでは定宿にしています。安心感とクオリテイの高さ・利便性など 帰ってきた感があり落ち着きます。今回は体調崩してより安心感有りました。 ただ…チェックイン時カウンタ－の若い女性が一生懸命翻訳機で説明してくれましたが いまいちクリア－じゃなくて隣の女性が日本人用の印刷物を出してくれました。 初めから出して！時間の無駄＋チケット説明が不明確で朝ご飯はインクルーズだったので 使えずで２万以上損した！

歴史ある建物でとても良い気持ちでした。スタッフは総じて親切でした。部屋や廊下に飾られている絵やポストも趣深かったです。唯一気になったのは排水があまり良くないように感じました。古いから仕方ないとは思います。それを差し引いてもとても良い滞在と思っています。有難うございました。

外観の佇まい　立地共に最高
Fullerton は2回目で　今回4泊しました こじんまりしたホテルで外観も出入りするたび　見惚れてしまうほどどっしりとした安定感 道の向かいにはマーライオン公園　ベイサンズが見えますし　地下鉄の駅も中国銀行横から降り口がありとても便利 朝食は以前より若干品数は少ないように感じましたが　ホテル朝食としては品数は多い方です とても美味しいです 紅茶はTWGです お部屋のトイレはTOTOウォシュレット バスタブとシャワーブースが分かれてるタイプ お部屋も使いやすく快適です また是非泊まりたいホテルです。
回転扉の向こうにはシンボルのクマちゃんがお出迎え
シングルベットはちょっと狭い感じもしますが　ベッドの硬さはgood

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス
気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
いつも利用させていただいていますが、今回電気のトラブルあり不便でした。あとエコを理由にしても備品(メモ・ペン)がみすぼらしくなっている。また以前あったコースター・傘・紙袋もおかずサービスの悪化が感じられました。一方ラウンジは変わらず充実していました。
