Dear Mr. Kasuya, Thank you for taking the time to detail what transpired during your recent stay. I would like to profusely apologize to you for what happened. Clearly what occurred is unacceptable and I can assure you we take your feedback very seriously. I fully understand the impact what occurred had on your stay with us. Whilst not an excuse, the room electric system experienced a malfunction which needed to be completely reset following your departure from the hotel. I have tasked our Director of Rooms to review how we facilitated what happened. In such a situation it would have been preferable to have room moved you to an alternative room when it first happened. I have spoken with my team in this regard. I am aware my team extended a complementary taxi to the airport and also waived off your in room dining charges. Further to this, I have asked my Rooms Director to refund your night’s accommodation charge. This will take some time as needs to be coordinated via Expedia. I am sorry again for what happened.
