良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

ホテル全体の内装が素敵でした。スタッフの方も優しく丁寧です。部屋は水回りは少し古さを感じますが不便はなく、シャワーブースは半畳程で別になっておりバスタブには洗濯物を干す紐がありました。タオルも地厚で良かったです。タオル地ではありませんがバスローブあり。ネスプレッソあり。ミネラルウォーターは洗面台に浄水機付きの蛇口があるので助かります。私のお気に入りは出窓のようなカウチです。窓の向こうにファウンテンオブウェルスが見えて、のんびりした時間が過ごせます。一応ベランダもあり。残念ながら、隣の部屋とコネクティングできる作りだったので隣人がガチャガチャと開けようとして怖かったです。また隣人の声と音が筒抜けなので、私の部屋はカップルには向かないかもしれません。ですが、3階からマリーナスクエア(モール)に直結しており、濡れずにレストランやエスプラナーデ駅に行けて便利です。ヤクンカヤトーストやマクドナルドもあり。サンテックモールを経由してファウンテンオブウェールズにも行けます。

緑がいたるところにあり、非日常でありながら落ち着いた気持ちで滞在することができました。スタッフの方たちからも気持ちの良い対応を受けることができました。不満点としては、シャワーの湯温がゆるく、水圧が今ひとつで、洗っている間寒く感じました。また、洗面台の排水溝が使用するたびにゴボゴボと音を立て、気になりました。

エスプラネード駅から地下道でやや歩くチェックインは行列で15分ほど待った。コレクションルーム利用なので専用のカウンターがあっても良い部屋は綺麗で快適だった。飲水用の蛇口が壊れていて水が横に飛んでいったクラブルームラウンジは快適であった。プールサイドは混雑していて利用を断念した。また宿泊したい

When we came back to the hotel around 3pm, our romm was cleaned. And after that, we left the hotel and came back again, then, our room was cleaned again!!! They cleaned our room twice a day!

どこに行くにも便利な立地

出張で利用。 F1開催準備とトライアスロンの大会準備等で、周辺の道路が規制されており、マーライオン周辺に行くまでにかなり遠回りになった。場所はほどなくマリーナベイ方面やマーライオン方面に近く。ショッピングモールにも直結しているので非常に便利。バスツアーの停留所もほど近い。コンシェルジュも非常に親切。ルームサービスの朝食は、物価が非常に高いシンガポールにしては激安だったと思う。部屋にはバルコニーが付いているのが非常に良かった。初めてのシンガポールで、いいホテルを見つけたと感じた。機会があればリピートしたい。

ホテルの中が緑で一杯でとても落ち着く。バーや、プールを利用しましたが、雰囲気が良かった。スタッフ皆親切でニコニコ感じがよかった。ロケーションもMRTプロムナード駅がとても近く、シティホール駅まで行けば、全部で3路線使えるので、観光にも全く不便さを感じなかった。

2023年6月にMarina Bay Room(海側の部屋18階）に5泊しました、部屋のベランダに出ればマリーナベイ・サンズからマーライオンまで素晴らしい夜景が鑑賞でき素晴らしいです。Esplanade駅（MRT）B？出口を利用して地上に出ればホテルは横にあり雨に濡れないで行けます。夜はマーライオンまで歩いて10分程度行け周辺のレストランで夜景を見ながら食事もでき最高です。2017年にはパンパシフィックを利用しましたが目の前のビルが邪魔して夜景が半分しか見えなかった。シンガポール旅行5回目で素晴らしいホテルに宿泊出来ました。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

立地は何処に行くにも便利でした。お部屋からの眺めも最高でした。設備の排管に問題があるのでしょうか？洗面所の水が流れずぼこぼこと変な音がずっとしていました。また、団体のセミナー等に使用される会場がある様で遅い時間までうるさい時がありました。それ以外はスタッフの方も親切で緑が多く素敵なホテルでした。

アクセスがよく便利なホテルで、プールもあり、子供連れで楽しめた。ただ、ホテルの部屋が香水の匂いだったのが残念で、控えてもらってからは快適に過ごせた。

清潔感溢れる部屋で過ごせました。部屋の水道水も飲めるように案内があり、良かったです。簡易的なルームサービスはAIチャットサービスを使用して依頼することができるのでその点も良かったです。

スタッフみんな笑顔で対応がよかった。ラウンジも内容は良く、満足できた。ただ、スイートにも関わらず、ありが10匹ほど出たのは残念だった。地下鉄の駅も隣だし、申し分ない。

掃除スタッフが、今掃除したいと来た。1時間後にして欲しいと言ったが、渋っていた。お国柄かな？コンセントがシンガポールオンリーだったので、USB充電や変換器の貸し出しがあると嬉しい。チェックインカウンターには日本スタッフもいて助かった。

思い出に残る宿泊

口コミがあんまり良くなかったため、初め不安でしたが行けばとても快適なお部屋と素敵な造りでした。年末年始に行ったため、年末のカウントダウンでアーティストが歌ってる声が部屋に全部もれてたのでその点では迷惑と思う人もいたかもしれないですね。常時ではないですが、日本語スタッフもいました。若い新人の方もいて新人さんなだけに求めることだけのサービスでしたがベテランさんは満足いくサービスをしていただきとても快適に過ごせました。ビュー側に部屋があると、マーライオンとマリーナベイサンズ両方見えるので景色はいいです！！
