Just WOW
This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Fun and sunny
Our arrival process was great. I texted Stacey the property manager and the communication was great. It was a beautiful property. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. It was like we were on a ship in the ocean! Enjoyed seeing the airplanes coming in also. They were not loud. The beds were comfortable also.

Wonderful ocean front condo
Our family of five adults had a wonderful stay at the oceanfront condo. The location was great and the condo was well appointed, comfortable, modern, and clean. The infinity pool overlooked the ocean and it was nice hearing the waves all day. The island is small enough to visit other beaches and restaurants, on both sides. It was easy to rent a car and navigate the island. We enjoyed spending the late afternoons outside on the patio and in the pool watching the sailboats pass and the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

Best view in St. Maarten!
The view from the patio was stunning and was a great location to see all the planes landing in the nearby airport. You really couldn’t ask for more from the infinity pool to the sound of the crashing waves. It was simply the best view in St. Maarten and we looked forward to returning to the condo after day trips to the beach. I would definitely book this condo again in the future. Thank you Jonathan for your prompt responses and being so accommodating. It was very kind of you to allow us to check out a couple of hours late (due to our late flight) and thank you again for dropping off the beach umbrella and the beach chairs to use at beaches. One negative impression I have was with Stacey, the concierge. She was not at the house when we arrived and then she was there for barely 2 minutes to drop off the key and left so quickly that I didn’t even get to meet her. We had to figure out everything for ourselves. Some text messages to Stacey were replied the next day and some even went unanswered when asked about needing more supplies. Overall, the view from the patio will live in your dreams and have you looking for every excuse to return to the Anchor House!

Amazing property with amazing views!
What a gorgeous home and view! Everything was seamless and Stacey was incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and getting our excursions set up. The infinity pool and back deck is fabulous. Pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend! We would definitely go back.

Great location!
This condo was in an excellent location! The home was very secure/safe. The communication was always outstanding from booking through check out. The home is spacious and well appointed. The pool is awesome and hearing the sound of the waves crashing is amazing. Would definitely return and stay here again.

Beautiful View
This property was located in an area that made it easy to walk to some places (Sunset beach & Maho area) and easily access other areas by car. The view from the deck was spectacular! The condo was a perfect set up for three couples. Each couple had their own lovely bedroom with an ensuite washroom. For a rental property at this price point, one would expect better quality linens. The other downside to the condo was the lack of comfortable furniture. The owner was very nice and so was Stacey who greeted us upon arrival. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Overall, this was a lovely spot to spend our week! Thank you for having us John.

Wonderful Week in Paradise
My wife and I searched for several weeks for the perfect island and perfect oceanfront home to spend a week with our kids. I’m very happy to say we succeeded beyond expectations for both! The moment we walked into the Anchor House we were in awe of the amazing ocean view! The home is very large with 3 king sized bedrooms and private bathrooms in each, all with huge showers. The Master bedroom has a wonderful ocean view. The other two bedrooms do not. The kitchen, living room and dining area is one large room with a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean. We spent many hours relaxing on the patio chairs and in the infinity pool listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. Several breakfasts were also enjoyed on the dining table on the patio. A couple of minor issues with the safe and light switch arose and were dealt with promptly, however, text messages with questions were either not returned or took a couple days to get a response. All in all, the booking process, communication and information provided regarding check-in and check-out was adequate. There is so much to do on the island and very easy to explore the entire island in a week. Traffic can slow things down a bit in certain areas but not a major issue. So many beautiful beaches with great variety include: Mullet Bay, Cupecoy Beach, Great Bay and Orient Bay. You will definitely feel like you are in paradise! You will not be disappointed with your decision to visit Sint Maarten and rent the Anchor House!

This place was beautiful! Upon arrival Jovan gave us a tour of how everything worked and showed us around. John was so great at replying promptly and was very nice in messages. It is in a great location literally 5 mins from the airport. I know there’s a lot of strict rules but it does not hinder you from having a good time. We played music and had no complaints the whole trip it just wasn’t at the loudest level. I am only giving 4 stars because the owner of the property is very rude and made us 4 girls very uncomfortable. Once we were leaving, the service went completely out and our driver couldn’t get in contact with us. He came to the unit and didn’t even introduce himself and knew our driver was knocking and did not let him in to come help us get our stuff. The house was in fine condition and I was so keen about keeping stuff nice because the reviews say he’s rude already. He was pestering us about a bamboo sheet that had a stain on it. He was literally pestering 4 girls and the cleaning staff looked terrified of him. The cleaning crew was so scared they apologized to us about even letting him know they saw it. He should stop interacting with the guests that stay there. Other then that everything was great! Beautiful views and service. Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thank you John for everything.

I am really sorry about the interaction with the owner but he was surprised to see your afternoon in the unit as the check-out time is 11 AM, moreover, we had on this day new guests checking in so he did want the cleaning crew to be hind to prepare the unit in a short period of time and when he saw the set of sheets damaged by one of you he was furious, I am sorry if you were offended but he is a good person and a good owner maintaining well this luxury place

Exactly What We Needed
We were 3 couples staying on the beautiful island and the condo could not have been more perfect for us. We liked having the private bath for each room and the common areas were more than adequate for us to spread out. We spent much of our time outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. We walked to Maho beach several times and liked that it was so close.

This house was everything!! The views are unbeatable and the location is fantastic. I traveled there for my 30th birthday with my boyfriend and 2 other couples and there was plenty of space. We had an amazing time. Stacey the property manager was very responsive and was able to assist with everything. Only a few things to be aware of, they are very strict about the rules. No loud music (which can be subjective) and no visitors. I also wanted to bring in a decorator to do balloons and I was told no. They also helped me plan couples massages at the house, but if you take this option be sure they are couples massages because the masseuse arrived and 5 of us had to get massages at once, slightly awkward. Lol We also had some issues getting the proper amount of wash cloths needed, and although we were told they were going to bring them, they never arrived. All in all, we still had an amazing time. And this view is everything!

Thank you Morgan for your review even if I am surprised by the 3 stars when you say you had an amazing stay! The noise policy is strict but you were aware of it and agreed with it so this cannot be a wrong point, as well as the request for the decoration as we explained to you we had a bad experience with the previous guests who damages the wall and ceiling so we decided to stop doing decoration in this unit where the furniture is at a top level :) Concerning the massage experience, I feel sorry if you had to wait but again this is nothing regarding the quality of the unit, so altogether 4 stars would be more appropriate as 3 means average stay which was not the case as per your comments :) hoping to welcome you again and we will provide twice more washcloths!

The property is even better in person! The view is breathtaking! I enjoyed my stay at the house and everything was clean. The rooms were huge, the pictures don't do it justice. The only thing that was horrible was the wifi; phone service wasn't the best either, but it didn't put a damper on the trip whatsoever. The host and staff were great, especially Stacey!

Perfect Getaway
Beacon Hill is everyone it says and more. From its location close to the airport, restaurants, shops and casino to its amazing view of the Caribbean, you couldn't ask for more. Beacon Hill is very spacious, and Stacey and John could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning back here soon!

Anchor House @ Beacon Hill Estates
Anchor House located in the beautiful Beacon Hill Estates, which is a quick 5 minutes from the Airport and local markets and shops, is nestled at the point of the peninsula right on the water. The beautiful property, which has 3 king bedrooms, private pool and security, has one of the best views (especially sunsets) on the island! My family and I enjoyed this property so much we will be planning our next vacation here! The property manager and concierge were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions timely and made for a smooth stay. I can’t wait to visit st martin again and will definitely be booking our future stay here!

Spectacular condo in Beacon Hill
From the moment we booked this condo, Jonathan had been wonderful with dealing with any of our questions or changes we had to make due to flight issues on our end. When you walk into the condo, the first thing that you see is the stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The next best thing is opening the large retractable doors and hearing the waves come to shore. Everything about this place is wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and elegantly outfitted. The kitchen was more than supplied with everything you need to cook your own meals. We did all our breakfasts at the condo and some lunches. I highly recommend going to the Super U on the French side for groceries. Stefan, the owner introduced himself and was a very pleasant gentleman and let us know if we needed anything, that nothing was a bother. We played music around the pool at a reasonable level and was a non issue. I can’t recommend this place enough and I highly recommend this property and hope we can visit again in the future.

BREATHTAKING!!!
The second you walk in the door you feel like you are in Heaven. The view is perfection, the house and pool are perfect. We were 3 couples, so each of the bedrooms having their own bathroom was a huge plus. Everything we needed was provided for us. John and Stacey were quick to respond and very helpful. The neighborhood was safe, but definitely recommend a car. If this place is available, book it! Fabulous Feast came in and prepared us the most delicious dinner!

A great vacation
This is our 10+ time renting a villa/ house and it was one of best ever. My wife and I and 4 kids (19,21,21 and 24) thoroughly enjoyed. The location was great for getting around. You can walk to Maho (supermarket, bars, restaurants, casino) and even to Mullet Bay but going any further (especially if you are going to French side or Phillipsburg) a car is needed. The island is easy to navigate. The villa was clean and comfortable and had enough basics for what we needed. There is a strict noise policy that is adhered to but it didn’t bother us. John was responsive as was Stacey (first lady). The owner Stefan was very nice. House was very safe and secure! Sitting on the deck for coffee and sunrise or cocktails and sunset is very very relaxing. We would highly recommend.

This must be Heaven
We thought we had been everywhere (Galapagos Islands, Mustique Island, Burj Al Arab, Fisher Island, One and Only Pamilla, etc) and seen everything but Anchor House blew us away. If we could imagine Heaven this would be the place. This place has everything from location, views, extremely clean and well maintained, to guest services (Stacey) that were top rate. Owner was also great to speak with and cared about the quality and experience of our stay. We can't wait to come back. If you don't fall in love with this place than nothing will satisfy you. You will be sad when it is time to leave to go home (which indicates just how great it was).

Gorgeous place to stay!!
We loved our stay! John was a great host, very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions/requests. We were in communication the entire trip. He coordinated our airport travel to and from the villa, greeted us upon arrival, coordinated our sunset boat tour and our COVID testing with the nurse for our return flight. The property is gorgeous, right over the water. Pictures do not do this place justice!! Even prettier in person. The property was safe and quiet. It was also very close to the airport, about 15 minutes. The rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. They have blackout curtains which is great if you want to keep the sun from entering your room in the morning. The only complaint we have is we found mini crabs crawling around during parts of our stay. Small little orange grabs that were easy to move outside; however, they ran fast so it was bit of chore to get them outside without killing them. That's the only con, we have, other than that it was a great place to stay and we didn't see any other bugs or insects. 5/5, would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week and we are still speechless at how amazing it was. The view is absolutely breathtaking and never gets old. Pictures do the property absolutely bo justice, its better in person if you can imagine. John was heaven sent from the time I booked until the day I left. We can’t wait to come back again because it literally felt like home to us! If I had to mention any drawback it was definitely the zero tolerance for music. But we were able to look past that and enjoy our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fantastic House/ as advertised
The house is very comfortable, and modern, loved the pool and patio and the views are awesome with boats passing and terrific sunset views. My three daughters, ages 18-22, loved it and got some great pics. Bedroom set up is nice with large size beds, AC and everything worked well, lots of supplies in house. Mgmt company always available for questions and helpful. Walking distance if needed to Maho beach and good market. Always felt safe. Several restaurants nearby and also close to Mullet beach, which was our favorite beach with Maho (airplane) 2nd best Highly recommend this house.

This is a great property in a wonderful location for anything you want to do while in SXM. We had some trouble getting hot water in the showers and the doors stuck a bit, but had an incredible time in the stunning property. The kitchen has a Nespresso and anything else you might need. Plenty of towels and access to laundry. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay while on the island.

I stayed here with a small group of friends and absolutely loved the property. The pictures do not do this place justice. I was thoroughly pleased to have a maid service clean for us each day at no additional cost. The only complaint I have is that we were not told beforehand about a 9pm-9am curfew where no additional guest were allowed on the property. We had no issues complying and were understanding of the rule, however the property manager sent a very rude and passive aggressive message regarding this issue and threatened to throw us out if it happened again although it was our first time and only time. Overall, the stay was great but keep in mind it is a very quiet property with a noise and guest curfew.

Beautiful Villa but Silence policy is a drawback
This was my second time staying at this beautiful villa. Check-in and accommodations were smooth and exactly as pictured. Some things to consider: 1. Outlets near the bathroom sink. The nearest outlet makes it hard for people to do their hair. I was left wishing I had brought extension cords. 2. There is a pretty strict SILENCE policy. We had some music on twice between the hours of 4pm to 5pm (yes, you read that right-it was PURE daylight) to about 45-50dB outside (I am an ear nose and throat surgeon so I know noise levels very well AND my husband is an attorney and we know most private places limit outdoor noise to 80dB and usually only enforce after dark). We were asked to turn it down immediately. This makes this space very hard for affluent young people to rent because at some point you want a little Music to get ready or to enjoy poolside and the owner has zero tolerance. Ironically the people above us had music on loudly until 10pm somehow... Overall the space is beautiful and we would consider renting again if there is some sort of grace hours or even grace days for music (like from 1-4pm).

Relaxing family stay
My wife and I with our 2 teenagers for our yearly family trip and we had quite of fun. The view from the living room is absolutely fantastic and the area quiet and safe. We walked down to Simpson bay beach every morning. We will be back for sure :)
