立地も良く、お部屋もキレイで、バスタブもあり、スタッフの方々も感じがよかったです！あとは、朝食のラーメン？とフルーツが特に美味しかった。強いて言えば、シャワーと洗面所のお水が鉄臭かったこと。それ以外は完璧でした！

オールドマーケットから暑い中歩くのは少々大変ですが、トゥクトゥクを使えば問題ありません。全体的に設備は古いですが、コストパーフォーマンスは悪くないと思います。年末年始であったためか、前のレストランのライブがうるさかったです。プール側なら問題なかったかもしれません。

従業員が素晴らしいホテル

従業員の対応が素晴らしい。こちらの要望に対して嫌な顔１つせず全て対応してくれた。フロントに自由使用可能なパソコンあり。ピックアップサービスが来なかった時、電話してくれたり協力してくれた。出かける時は扉の外まで追いかけてきて「どこまでお出かけですか。」と聞いてきてくれる。こちらの事を真摯に考えたサービスができている。また泊まりたい。

スーパーやナイトマーケットが近く過ごしやすいホテルです。

部屋に備え付けの水はチェックアウトのさいに精算です。近くのスーパーで購入したほうが安いですよ。ここに限りませんがやはり中国の方が深夜から朝まで騒いでいました。

古いホテルですが掃除が行き届きコスパ今回最優秀気持ちの良いホテル。

去年に続き再度の滞在となります。今回も欧米人のグループツアー客がほとんどで中国、韓国、日本人は少人数でした。おかげで静かに過ごす事が出来ました。

街の中心部に近いホテル

空港までの無料ピックアップをお願いしたとこ対応してもらえました。立地はオールドマーケットまで、徒歩で10分強で、歩けない距離ではありませんが、気温が高い中で歩くと、汗だくになりました。トゥクトゥクだと、オールドマーケットまで2ドルでした。私の宿泊した部屋はシャワーのみでしたが、バスタブのある部屋もあります。ただ、宿泊した部屋が4階だったのですが、エレベーターがなく、3階までエレベーターに乗って、1階分階段を登らないといけないのが、つらかったです。チェックアウトは12時でしたが、荷物を預けて、プールのシャワーも使えたので、汗を落として帰国の飛行機に乗ることができました。

町中で何かと便利

全く問題はない。ホテルの滞在は西洋人中心なので、朝のバイキングでも、西洋人受けのするものがよく準備され、日本人にとっても違和感はない。

マーケットは、近いホテルでしたが

アーリーチェックインができるか？ときいたら、夕食に、このお店を予約したら、できる、でなければ、15時といわれました。部屋にゴキブリはでるし、お風呂がオケはありますが、汚いから、シャワーのみ。チェックアウトは.午前中のツアーがあるから、1時でもいいか？ときいたらダメと。仕方なく、5時15分のツアーにあわせて、チェックアウト。残念でした。朝ごはんも、もうちょっとメニューがほしい。

コスパ優秀、おもてなしの感じるホテルです。

シェムリアップ空港からタクシークーポンを7💲で買い20分ほどで到着です。ウエルカムドリンクおしぼりのサービスがありました。全館禁煙で玄関外とプールサイドに喫煙スペースがあります。欧米からの退職者とその家族のツアー客が多かったが中国、韓国、日本からも少数ながらいました。朝食は品数、味ともに満足できるものでした。部屋は居心地は良いのですが水まわり全般水圧が弱いです。チェックアウト時に感想を尋ねてきたスタッフさんに伝えました。即、改善することは難しいとは思いますが。到着初日は、玄関外に待機のトゥクトゥクで博物館、翌日日本から予約のアンコールトム半日ツアー(日本語ガイドさん)、翌々日トゥクトゥクでアンコールワット半日ツアー(ガイド無し)をしました。

パブストリートにも歩いていける

１人でしたが、ダブルサイズ、クイーンサイズのツインルームであり、十分過ぎる広さで快適でした。朝食のビュッフェも種類がたくさんあり十分でした。ネットでは、空港の送迎は無料とありましたが、空港での迎えはなく、やむなくツクツクに５ドル払いました。ホテルからの送りもなく、何故か６ドルでした。

航空券とセットの割引で大満足のコスパ！

立地が大変良く、街へ遊びに行くのにまったく困りません。ホテルの斜め向かいにラッキーモールがあるのも嬉しかったです。窓口の方の対応、客室内の家具、アメニティ、清潔度は中級クラスで、特に問題ありません。ドライヤーもあります。コンセントはA型・C型どちらも使えました。朝食ビュッフェもおいしかったです。

良いホテル

1泊の滞在でしたが、雰囲気の良さを感じました。レストランの食事も美味しくて、プールも清潔感があり十分に楽しめました。ただし、部屋のアメニティー、設備はちょっと寂しく、もう少しシャワーの水圧があれば良かったですね。立地はスーパーマーケット、お土産屋が目の前なので言う事なし。スタッフの対応も気持ち良く、総合的に良いホテルです。

立地の良いホテル

ラッキーモールやスーパーが近く、オールドマーケットも徒歩圏内にあり、便利。ホテル内はWi-Fiも使える。一応スパやマッサージのサービスがあり、中庭にはプールも。朝食はビュッフェスタイルだが、バリエーションも割とある。フォーやオムレツは出来立ての温かいものを食べられる。最後の日タオルが足りなかったので、電話でフロントに頼んだが、何故か持ってきてくれなかった点は、マイナス評価。ホテルの空港送迎は片道15ドルと高いので、タクシーやトゥクトゥクを使った方がよい。

交通至便

Sivatha通りと国道6号線の交差点にあり、Sivatha通りを北上すると、アンコール・ワット＆アンコール・トム、南下すると、オールド・マーケット（パブ・ストリート）、6号線を西に行くと、一之瀬泰造が通ったというレストラン「バンテアイ・スレイ」、さらには至近距離にスーパーが複数あり、アンコール遺跡以外は徒歩圏内です（アンコール・ワットも歩いて1時間でした）。設備、食事等は、普通だと思います。カードでの支払いが、20ドル以上でないとできないと言われ、チェック・アウト後のマッサージ利用の支払いに困ったことと、荷物を預かるスペースが、入口横のドアマン兼ポーターの台の裏で、人がいない時もあって、不安を感じたことが、マイナス点でした。

便利な場所で個人旅行にもおすすめです

ホテルスタッフはとても親切でした。朝食もとても満足です。洋食の他、フォー等の麺類も用意されて、その場で熱々を仕上げてくれます。また、オムレツもコックがその場で焼いてくれます。3泊しましたが、3日ともちょっとづつメニューを変えてきています。

大通り側の部屋はうるさいです

2007年オープンということでキレイなホテルを想像したが、そうでもなかった。別に古いという感じでもないが、新しいという感じもしなかった。朝食のビュッフェは、おかゆなどもあり、種類は多かった。ホテルの前にはトゥクトゥクのドライバーが常に待機していたが、あまり感じのいいものではなかった。

Nice room with friendly staff

I arrived very early in the morning by bus. The more was no store opened yet, the receptionist kindly accepted early check in. (It was very early indeed.) I was lucky to be able to take a nap at the hotel. This may not happen during high season, but I appreciate flexibility that the hotel offered. The hotel is located next to a new mall where you can buy Starbucks or some western chain food. 10 min walk from pub street, not so loud. Nice place.

overall it is ok but the breakfast menu is the same through out the year i guess. been staying there for 3 weeks and the menu never changed. Oh ya, my phone couldn't get connected to their wifi though. i get connection at other places. could be some incompatible setting

Refresh and sustain lovely big room very firm mattress but pillows heavenly, great swimming pool even if an aromatherapy massage in the parlor and a game of snooker near the pool the included breakfast was fantastic

Great choice

Hotel room was very nice but bed was very firm. Breakfast buffet was great and had good selection of local foods. Location was central to many restaurants and shops. We found a Tuk Tuk driver outside the hotel door who we negotiated with to transport us for entire stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

A good hotel in a good location

Good hotel, comfortable and on excellent location for Siem Reap. However the Wi-fi was very flaky and I was a bit disappointed that the room did not have a view, There were also a couple of electricity power downs.

Well maintained hotel

Everything is really great except airport pick up & drop off service. After my booking it was confirmed by the hotel management that they will arrange an airport pick up but no one showed up on my arrival. Same story at the time of drop off as it was not arranged and reception staff has no clue whatsoever.

Not a Nice Hotel

Everything about this hotel is bad except for the breakfast. The A/C does not work - the fan runs but does not cool at all. Bathroom and toilet are filthy, leaky and outdated. Room cleaning service is bad. The hotel location is nice, and staff are mostly friendly. The management is a bit rude. The 1-way (in or out) to airport taxi service was included in our reservation, but was denied.

Renovations were noisy

Unfortunately under heavy renovations, so jackhammers and dust were a problem. Broken kettle, wifi hardly works. Otherwise a nice grand hotel with charm in a perfect location.

4성급 호텔에서 쥐가 나왔어요~mouse hotel

4성급호텔이라고 해서 3박예약했는데, 객실에서 쥐가 나왔어요. 그런데 호텔의 대처방법은 더 잘못되었어요. 죄송하다는 말한마디 없이 트립어드바이저에 올리라면서 당당하게 얘기하네요. 이런식으로 후기 올리는 방법 밖에 없다는 것이 너무 화가 납니다. 호텔 불매운동이라도 해야겠어요. room is mouse.

条件一般，性价比还行，无中文服务，没兑现接机

酒店位置好，对面有个大超市，和国内超市一样，什么都有，就是价格偏贵。酒店不达四星标准，也就三星，泳池太小，而且设在众目睽睽处，很别扭。酒店承诺接送机没兑现，入住前联系接机，因他说的英语我听不懂，我说的英语他也听不懂，竟然扣我三次电话，真........不过到酒店后，当面服务还挺好的。酒店无1人会中文，不会英语的朋友慎选。另外，iPhone5s竟然连不上wifi。
