良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

初めての滞在でしたが、ホテルと新世界商場が繋がっており、ホテルの前は人民広場、少し歩けば南京東路と非常に便利な場所です。中秋節の連休でしたが、ホテルのチェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでホテルスタッフも親切です。また泊まりたいと思います。

プールがとにかく良かった。ジャグジーから常に温かい水が入って子供たちもずっと遊べました。駅も目の前だし観光地だし、周囲の物価は高いけど悪くないですね。

場所も清潔感も抜群！

初めての上海、とにかく場所が便利という口コミで泊まりましたが実際本当に便利な場所でした。実質２泊だったのですが、３泊目〜無料のプランにしたので、夜中のLCC着でも体を休めることができ快適！チェックインは夜中の3時半過ぎになりましたが非常に親切でした。フロントのみなさんはもちろん英語で対応可能。毎日掃除も行き届いており、清潔感抜群。（ジュニアスイートだったからかな・・？）上海にいくことになったらまた泊まりたいホテルです。

コスパは良くありませんが、外灘も近いので仕事がてら少し観光したり、息抜きするには便利な場所です。虹橋は空いていたら30-40分、浦東は1時間＋α。空港へ行くタクシーはいつも待機していますが、市内移動のタクシーは拾いにくいので移動の際は要注意。スタッフはリクエストに応えようとしてくれる人が多いので、時間に余裕を見て相談や質問を。

日本人としての感想ですが、NHKが見れないテレビ番組でした。朝食ですが、おかゆは各種ありましたが白米のご飯がなかったのが残念でした。３７階に泊まりましたが、エレベーターの場所が最少はわかり難かったです。人民広場の目の前で南京東路、西路に近いロケーションは良かったです。部屋をUpgread（有償）したのでBetterだったのかもしれません。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

上海中心で駅にも近く、非常に立地条件は良く、ホテル周辺は賑やかですが、部屋はとても静かで快適でした。連泊したからなのか、見晴らしの良い展望ラウンジへ無料招待して頂き、上海旅行の非常に良い思い出の一つとして経験することができました。また利用したくなるような素晴らしサービスだと感じました。
