絶対、勧めない。 部屋に戻ったらバスタブが詰まって汚水が逆流してたまっていた。ダイアルゼロして修繕と別件で歯ブラシをお願いしたら、数分後歯ブラシだけ持ってきて、修繕については何も知らないと言い放つ始末。clogged と伝えているけど、担当ではないだの、変な言い訳をして去っていった。 フロントで事情説明したら部屋の交換となる。新しい部屋ではライトが一つつかなかったり、シャワーはどうやっても耐え難いぬるま湯が出る始末。 尚、移動前の部屋にはドライヤーなどのアメニティがなく、統一感が欠落しており、所感として最低最悪。変換してもらいたいくらいにクソなホテルだった。

Awful experience. Dirty room, room at the end of complex... we felt unsafe even with a gated parking lot, we very much felt in the ghetto. No heat in the room. Housekeeping finally came and sprayed room because it smelled so bad. Front desk offered blankets but it was already 9pm... all 4 of us got no sleep. After checking out, they admitted they thought the thermostat was fixed because it was faulty for previous guests. Only offered some additional points on Hilton program.

The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The staff was helpful and polite. This property was at a very busy intersection and within walking distance to Jack in a box and a gas station. I did not prefer the different wings and the long walk to my room; otherwise, the room was clean and have no complaints.

Property is conveniently located next to Sea_Tac. Rooms are large and clean. Food options are limited and pricey.

The hotel and property is absolutely lovely. My only minor complaint is I am traveling with a small dog and all of the plantings around the hotel are beautiful, but there is no real grass. Dogs often prefer. It would be nice to have some grassy areas for the pups. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent.

I had high expectations since it was a Hilton, but this hotel was very old and had a smell and was uncomfortable to stay in. However, the mattress was good.

Hard to navigate the hotel, long walks to get to the room that include going up 3 levels and then crossing a hall then go down 1 level then walk to your room. AC went out and had to have maintenance fix it. Then No free breakfast. Staff was very rude to top it all off

Beautiful hotel and close to airport. Shuttle runs every 20 min. From the airport you can take the train downtown. Use Westlake station and take the monorail. Literally within feet of Space Needle

This location is quiet and in my opinion, understated. It is cozy, convenient, clean and comfortable. More needs to be done to showcase what is offered.

Unfortunately this won’t be a good review..we check in, get a room, as we were trying to find our room an employee was going to the same level, I asked if she could help us, she said your room number is the same one I’m taking this luggage too, which wasn’t our luggage, we find the room, go in and find a pair of socks, an empty water bottle and snacks. I call the desk, tell them the situation and they say someone will be right up and to not to leave. In the meantime the actual occupant of the room shows up and it’s completely freaked out as so are we, again I call the front desk and they say somebody is coming, now 10 minutes later nobody…I go back to the front desk mind you is a mile away, with all my luggage. Needless to say it was an aweful experience. They said there system was having troubles. I would have been more patient and understanding if they would have just told everyone there was technical difficulties and it will be a moment. Instead I got pùt in what could have been a scary situation.

Bathroom was filthy. Hallway was full of Apple cores and cereal crumbs. Garbage left in our room from previous guest's. The First and third floor in the 6 building were full of illegal immigrants that spoke no english, Most from Africa and Haiti. Their children were using the hallway stairs and parking lot for a playpen and leaving trash everywhere. And we witnessed multiple drug deals and theft from vehicles in the PAID parking lot.

The stay was fine, spacious room and clean. However, there was no indication that continental breakfast wasnt complimentary, so we ended up with a $55 bill we weren't told about beforehand. In total, our stay was 10 hrs, and over $225. I spoke with 2 different reps from the hotline, neither mentioned that you needed to order breakfast with your room.
